UPS Live Not Showing on the cart Page

I am reaching out for assistance with integrating UPS shipping into my WooCommerce website. I have followed the necessary steps to set up the UPS Shipping Method plugin, including creating an application through the UPS Developer Kit and obtaining the required API keys.

While the authentication status appears to be correct, I am currently encountering an issue where the shipping rates are not being displayed on the cart page of my website. Instead, I am seeing an empty shipping rates list.

Hi team, we use UPS live rates FREE plugin. We wanted to change API Type from Access Key – XML API to OAuth – REST API but we get error 250002: Invalid Authentication Information. With Access Key – XML API, API Status is OK and shipping rates are available in the store. We use WC 9.3.2, WordPress version 6.6.2 and PHP 8.2.18. Store is hosted on Blue Host. I read all similar thread but issue still persist. Please advise. Thanks!

I’ve been using this UPS Shipping plugin for some weeks now, and I found it easy to set up. I already had a UPS business account witch made this option seamless. I like that I can choose what shipping service or multiple services and they show up for my customers. Great Plugin!

The plugin disconnected from UPS on it’s own over a week ago.

Tried to revoke and reauthorize. It brings me to UPS, I check the box and log in, redirects back to ClassicPress login page, log in and button still says authorize with 250002: Invalid Authentication Information.

2 Account number capability for UPS & SurePost

I am unable to get the negotiated rates for SUREPOST to show in checkout. I have a SUREPOST account number with UPS and a different UPS account number. How do I list both account numbers on the UPS account number field? Or how do I get both my negotiated rates for UPS to Populate and also negotiated rates for SUREPOST – both to populate as options for customer to select for shipping?

i am trying to switch to auth 2.0 but its not working because it says 250002: Invalid Authentication Information

I did created an app in developers portal in ups and it says its active and approved. But still it does not recognize it.

Hey,

We have recently changed our UPS password, and I think this may have undone our authorization via OAuth – Rest API. When I try to reconnect the API, I get a API connection status 250002: Invalid Authentication Information.

So I tried running debug mode, but I did not see any of the debug options listed in the manual. Now I’m not sure how to handle the issue. In fact, my other plugin for filtering in the sidebar does not respond when I use it, but this only happens when I sign in as an administrator. I’m also unable to get pass billing information of the checkout process, but only in admin.

Please advise?

How is VAT supposed to be handled when Live Rates are used?

Hi!
I have all other shipping methods in the shop introduced “with VAT” (Flexible Shipping used).

The UPS Live Rates are taken from UPS API without VAT and there is no way for me to add VAT to these. Even though the VAT is enabled for the shop, the amount shown for UPS services is the amount without VAT. When compared to MYprices seen on UPS website, there the prices are shown with VAT for the destinations where VAT is applicable.

Basically I need to tell this plugin “take the live Rates and apply VAT on top”.

Is this a missing feature? If so, I cannot use the plugin in my shop’s VAT configuration.

It would have been nice to also have a way to alter the rates so I would be able to also include packaging and handling on top of Live Rates.

I have installed the ups shipping plugin in my client store but unfortunately, there is no option for put client Id and secret.
