Hello!

I just installed the plugin and startet the configuration, using WordPress 6.5.5.
There were a few things, which didn`t work:

Gallery is not reacting to youtube links. Instead it`s showing up the default link
Animation Speed for the Gallery does not work
Border width for the pop up video does not work

Could you please solve this? Thank you!

Excessive Resource Usage by Accelerator

Hi,

First of all I would like to thank you for the excellent support you gave me on the previous to issue I had.

Accelerator is working fine and is the only plugin from the many I have tried that consisently results in 95+ speed results. However I am encountering one problem.

When Accelerator is working just one day after my hosting resources sky rocket up so much that I receive instant e-mails from my hosting saying that I am soon to skip the resources I have at my dsiposal.

Currently Disk Usage 48% Files And Directories (inodes) Limit 55%

When I activate Accelerator just a day after resources sky rocket up

Disk Usage 91% Files And Directories (inodes) Limit 95%

To rectify the situation my only solution so far is to go in my directories and delete the cache folder and deactivate accelerator.

Is there any solution to this. Maybe transferring the cache to a CDN or something else please?

So I’m trying to create a coupon based on where people live. I’m offering free delivery to specific locations for a limited time essentially.

I’ve created this before, but since installing and activating both Facebook and Google plugins (so they sync to my Meta shops for tagging, and Google for easy syncing) this option is no longer available within the “Usage Restrictions” in woocommerce.

I require the facebook and google plugins to be activated, I’m just wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this? Or a solution to display the “Location restrictions” as per link above?

Sales value doubled on the dashboard

Hi Support,

I’m testing the coupon plugin and after creating the referral link and registering users using it, when I access the dashboard for the affiliate, the total usage and the sales value appears to be doubled, but the list of referrals shows the correct amount.

Another thing is that the coupons are not applied automatically for users registering under the given referral link, how can you help on that as well.

Possible to deaktivate widget / or only for admin

API Key Security

I think you should obfuscate / star out the api keys once they are added to the settings screen. I’m seeing usage that’s not mine and worried a colleague or rogue previous developer stole one of my keys.

I have suggested to OpenAI that they add security so that keys can be tied to specific IPs or domains which would also help, but still trying to find the source of the ‘leak’ and this is all I can think of currently.

One question about the “Delete comments after time” function:

When I want the Plugin to delete IP-Adresses immediately after somebody writes a new comment, what are the correct settings? Is it a “0” in the field of “Delete comments after time”? Or do I decativate the “Delete comments after time” completley?

Error Validation User Limit for Coupon USage

I already created coupon (TESTNEW) in my website.
Every user only can use this coupon once.

I already setup in the coupon setting (usage limit per user = 1)
When i register a new user, I add to cart, and then i checkout, and create order.
After i create order :
There is error like this :
You have used this coupon testnew in another transaction during this checkout, and coupon usage limit is reached. Please remove the coupon and try again.
