On my WordPress site I created a custom user group for which I want to enable the “Clear REST cache” button in the admin bar. Users of the group should be able to clear the REST cache but not to make any changes to the plugin config.
Currently, this only works when I give the user group the manage_options
capability. Is there a way to show the admin bar menu item and allow cache purging without adding the manage_options
capability?
Thanks in advance for your help!
]]>One thing we would like is to Group users/students by Company so that we can apply course at a company level rather than a student level.
What would be the best way to acheive this. I know I can add a new field to the user registration for company details but i would rather it be a grouping rather than a “tag”
]]>Got my Profilegrid set up like this: Only paying members can access the site. Upon site loading the login page pops up with an option to register.
On the login page the Forgot Password links to https://tradersorder.com/login/
and not to https://tradersorder.com/forgot-password/
which is what it should be. How can I change that please?
Also, when a visitors wants to register, he/she first gets the payment button (I use paypal) and after successful payment is made the user is forwarded to the registration page and can then create an account.
Works well and after registering user is added to both wordpress users and profilegrid users. In both places the user shows as belonging to the default user group; which is fine.
However in the Profilegrid member I get this error:
This profile is not yet associated with any parent profile group. To make it visible please associate it with a group first.
How can I fix that?
Finally, when I log in using the admin account everything works except I am unable to create new group. At least I don’t see any option how to do that. Any advice?
Sorry for the long post yet thanks for a great product and great support.

]]>I’ve setup two user groups: Member & Committee. Each of these can access the rest of the pages on the site once they are logged in.
Members users are subscribers, and can only view pages.
Committee users are editors, and can create/edit pages.
I want to add another group, that can login, but only have read access to a single page (ie: portfolio page).
I can’t work out a way to do this?
What information do I need to provide to allow you to give me guidance?
Thanks,
