User Profile: won’t save edits

I was really excited to find this plugin for my clients site, it has all the functionality we need. I purchased the profile tabs and woo commerce extensions. However now I’m having 2 issues. The main issue is that when I input information into my user profiles, they won’t save. Profiles or the other forms. I have excluded the pages from caching but it hasn’t helped. My second issue is that when the Woo extension is activated, the pages don’t appear in the editor. For now that’s a small issue, but I am worried it will grow. Mostly I just need to be able to edit my user profiles.

At the moment, the search functionality on the customer’s website only searches through products, which means that when you search for an artist (user/vendor) who has no products in stock, that artist won’t show in search results. We believe that we need a plugin which allows for searching through both products and user profiles, not just products.The plugin which is being used to store all the artists/vendors is Dokan.

We’ve noticed that a competitor of yours, Relevanssi Premium, specifically mentions the feature “Include user profiles in search results”. Relevanssi Premium would cost approximately ￡105.34 for the year.

We’re now researching possible alternatives to Relevanssi Premium and are wondering if your WP Extended Search offers the same user profile search functionality as Relevanssi Premium for a lower price?

Content restriction based on editable taxanomies in the user profile

Hello everyone,

I have a database full of posts which are assigned to different taxonomies, for example:

Skala (advanced, midi, starter)
Organizationtype
Topic

I try to create a user profile where the user can choose the taxonomies which fit their needs the best. Then I would like to present links to the archiv-pages where only posts are presented which are categorised with the same taxonomies the user had choosen.

For example:

If a user chooses the topic “Future Skills”, the Skala “Advanced” and the organization “Start-Up” I would like to only show content to him which fit for these exact taxonomies.

How ist that possible? I already use the followering plugins:

ACF
Frontend Admin
Search & Filter Pro
Memberpress
Elementor

Vimeo videos not present on user profiles

I am having challenges with user profiles on Ultimate Member profiles. Users are required to upload a show reel which is either a youtube link or Vimeo link. Youtube works just fine however, Vimeo links are not showing up at all on the front end of the site. When i look into the profile on the backend the link is clearly present. The Vimeo link is also not a private link so that is not he case here. Help please..

Cannot Update User Profiles as Admin

Since we updated to 6.2, we are no longer able to update user profiles as admins. I click on the “Update” button but nothing happens.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Comments on User Profile not showing

Comments on the Ultimate Member User profile page under the Comments tab are not showing up. It says “This user has not made any comments.” and yet I know he has because I can see them in my WP dashboard and on the pages where he has made the comments his UM profile image & name appear with his comment. I have checked that the settings for UM Disable Cache User Profile is set correctly. I have contacted WordPress and they enabled my ability to clear cache from my site and provided documentation for me to disable the cache for the Ultimate Member pages as directed in your Caching problems article under FAQs. Neither of these have resolved the issue. Any suggestions?

Error when updating WP User accounts

I have a client who uses Pods to add additional info to User Profiles in their WordPress site. When she tries to add data to these (address) fields, she sees error messages on the screen when she hits the “Update Profile” button. It’s disconcerting, but it does not seem to prohibit any edits from being properly stored. Here are the errors we’re seeing…
