Is the free plugin deprecated or will there be any future updates? It’s 7 months since the last update…

I′m hesitant to install this and would appreciate more information, or tips on similar free accessibility alternatives.

This plugin is easy to install but so is literally every other plugin. The only instructions for userway are on how to install the plugin. I.e, not useful.

Conversely, if you install this plugin manually, like another reviewer said, you cannot uninstall it. It’s literally impossible short of reinstalling wordpress. Beware. I wouldn’t recommend userway.

Better go for other Accessibility plugins.

ITS NOT FREE
It says free but then they asks for $10 per month to fully use it.
Not a single documentation done.
Unnecessary buttons of donations which you can’t remove from the menu.
Not a single setting on the back-end.
Better is to go for other Accessibility plugins.

Mispronunciation of “link” by voice in “Read Page”

I just installed the widget and I’m generally pleased with its functionality. One thing that could use attention, though: when it gets to a link, instead of pronouncing the word “link” the voice says “lank.” So for example, when reading the list of Categories on the page above it says, “Mammals, lank, Australia Maps and Views, lank, Collector’s Cabinet, lank, etc.” Since there are many links on a typical webpage and that word has to be pronounced frequently, it would be great if that could be fixed. This problem applies to the “English US” voice. However, the English UK voice pronounces “link” correctly.

How to activate feature of Userway using keyboard

Hi, I am using latest version of Userway. When I press crtl-u the little man in top right corner opens menu. I then am able to scroll through the different features (keyboard nav, big cursor, read page, etc.), however I do not know the key to activate these features without using the mouse. Can anyone tell me the key? Thanks.

HTTP Header Security

I have been working on hardening the security on my website and one of the places I have been focusing is HTTP Headers. I am getting an error on my HTTP Header Content Security Policy where your plugin/widget requires ‘unsafe-eval’ to allow your widget to work for script-src. Allowing ‘unsafe-eval’ can allow notorious XSS attack vectors to happen on websites. Hackers all the time look at security on websites and if they see ‘unsafe-eval’ being allowed in the header, this could cause all sorts of problems.

Is there a way to include the script files in the plugin rather than deploying them in this manner?
