Creating out-of-office message more easily

Hello!
I realize I can set an out-of-office response using the form system itself, but I already have it set up with another message to let the person know I’ve received their message for everyday messages. I’d love to have an easy way to send this message to the people submitting the form when I’m out on break.

Would WPForms consider making it easier for users to set out-of-office replies to forms, perhaps even without logging in to our admin panels? I am guessing the “vacation responder” in Gmail does not work because of the way a form system is set up. I have tried it, and it never works. It just bounces. Is there any way to have it work if I have Google Workspace Business? Thanks!

Vacations keep disappearing

Hello,
I think I found a bug with the Vacations feature.
When you have vacations set and you then go in setting page and save settings there, sometimes it removes all the vacations that were set. No warning no nothing. All removed.
It sometimes even deletes them even you enter fresh in that setting page, meaning you loaded vacations data in that page. Sometimes it keeps them – I think it kinda deletes them if there it passes more than one minute since last save in settings page.

Vacation tab loading forever

hello! I installed the EasyAppointments plugin and was able to work and add data in all tabs except the vacation tab. when I open the tab the loading vacation In the middle of the page stays forever. When I add a new vacation after saving, I’m stuck with processing forever.

I deleted the plugin and re-installed but nothing changed!

WordPress carpooling or ride-sharing

Hi all,

I did look already and did not find a plugin foir carpooling or ride-sharing but maybe I overlooked.

My clients are already registered through woocommerce because they bought a vacation.

The idea is that they have to carpool to get there and so far we have been organising the ride-sharing/carpooling all by hand which is a lot of work.

Do you know a plugin that can manage carride-sharing/carpooling or an alternative?

I can’t find my actual product, an e-book, on my site. I’ve looked in Woo Commerce products and in the media library. The media library says it’s a pdf (which is right) but only takes me to my product page, not to the e-book itself. I want to see the e-book itself.

I would appreciate some guidance here very much.

I have written the “info” email a few times now with some presales questions as this would be concerning the “Pro” version and not the free one.

No email responders so maybe they didn’t set one and they are on vacation? I’m interested in the product but I have some key questions before wasting time with a trial.

It would be very nice to add the following variables so they can be used inside the message:

{StartDate}
{EndDate}
{EndDateNext}
{EndDateNextBiz}

Example message:
Our store will be closed from {StartDate} thru {EndDate}.
Any orders placed during this period will be shipped when we reopen on {EndDateNext}. Thank you for your understanding

How it would appear:
Our store will be closed Thursday, Sept 1st thru Monday, Sept 5th.
Any orders placed during this period will be shipped when we reopen on Tuesday Sept 6th. Thank you for your understanding

Vacations wont load/cannot create new ones

Hey I am having a problem with the vacations tab. It is perpetually playing the “loading vacations” animation and when I try to create new vacations it stays in “processing.”

I am running the site through bluehost which uses wordpress.
