When a customer places an order the vendor dashboard shows that there are orders but it does not show the order details and displays a message as “No Orders Found”. Even after the Order is completed the Dashboard reports displays 0 for all.
We have tested after deactivating other plugins as well as switching to the storefront theme.
The site is built on Astra Theme using Elementor. The Woocommerce System status does not show any issues either.
Appreciate your help on getting this resolved.
]]>The UX for vendors in Dokan is very dated and needs a whole revamp, this plugin is critical for that.
Onboarding retailers, brands and vendors currently is very confusing for them. I also think the multiple image upload needs addressing, vendors have to upload product images into the gallery one-by-one.
Were constantly looking at alternatives to Dokan.
When can we expect a stable version to be released, i know the development team are working on it, but it was released over a year ago and updated over 3-months ago, this doesn’t instill confidence.

]]>Vendor dashboard only shows as preview but not once saved and viewed from frontend.
Maybe related, page elements on preview are not fixed one the page. When scrolling down, footer covers content.
kindly advise.
thank you

]]>We are using a custom mobile app for purchases on the websites. But we realized that when there is a sale, the vendor sales tab records it without the purchase amount. It shows as 0.00 although the ledger records the transaction amount as it is supposed to with all admin deductions.
Please, can you direct me on the hooks I should use to trigger all sales to display the amount as they are supposed to?
In order words, what hooks are you using to display the sale amount and all accurate admin deductions on the vendor dashboard so I can trigger it from my app?
