Hi, when using the venmo option at checkout, the buyer is getting this message “Buyer access token not present – can not call smart api: /smart/api/order/5WP58836 etc. I haven’t been able to find any mention of that in the forums. How do I fix that? Thanks.

Clicking Venmo renders QR code up on page, have to scroll up to find it!

When you pick the Venmo option on Desktop to pay, it grays the screen and renders the QR code but it is higher up on the screen. You have to scroll up to find it and donors don’t know this and complain they can’t find it.

On Mobile you don’t see any change and the QR code is not rendered.

I am using Forminator version 1.29.0. Is there an option to enable the Venmo payment button? There are three query parameters beginning with experiment which appear to be Venmo related. Can these be set for a particular form? Has Venmo integration been added to more recent versions?

We have everything set up per guidelines of the plugin. Venmo is showing up on the checkout page, but only on the checkout page. It is supposed to show on single product page, just like PayPal and Pay Later buttons do.
We tried troubleshooting everything, disabling plugins, setting default theme, and it only works on the checkout page.

Paypal, Venmo, and Debit or Credit Card work on desktop for Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

But, on mobile, Paypal, Venmo, and Debit or Credit Card only work in Safari. Chrome and Firefox only show Paypal and Debit or Credit Card.

I have cleared every cache like 10x and had colleagues and friends test on their devices (iOS and Android) and they get the same results.

What do we need to do so Venmo works on Chrome and Firefox? Especially Chrome as it is the top traffic browser.
