I’ve tried and tried to get timely responses from Help Desk but they take an average of 48 hours to get back to me. When they answer, they do not answer my question, ask another question, then disappear before I can answer them in real time. Is there a way to get a one time verification code? I have lost all backups and cannot get into my account. Is there another way to get a faster response time? This is getting frustrating as it is stalling my website launch date.

Hey there, the first time I signed up for elementor I mistyped my email address ([email deleted ]) and somehow it was accepted by elementor and ran unnoticed also by me as ‘[ also deleted ]’ . I purchased the elementor pro page builder license and since you guys set up the 6-digit verification code sent through email I cannot access my account because it sends the verification code to the wrong email.

I’m getting the 16 digit verification code for reset password.
How can i change that too 6 digit numerical code.

For some reason, when I try to do a test “book an appointment” on my phone, it says “verification code – enter verification code from SMS”. It does not do this on the desktop. I’ve disabled verification code as well. I’m very frustrated.

Site kit Verification old phone number

I have full access to my Google account, but I can not get past the initial Site Kit verification to begin using Site Kit.

When I click on Site Kit icon in my WordPress site, I am taken to a “Welcome to Site Kit” page and says that step 1 is to verify site ownership. There is a “Sign in with Google” button. I click it.

I am taken to “Choose an account to continue to Site Kit.” I click the account.

I am then taken to a “Verify it’s You” page. I am shown that it will send a verification code to a phone number. It lists the last two digits of a phone number I have not used for at least 4 years. Some time ago, I updated the number within the Google account. I had no trouble doing so and have verified that the number is correct within the Google account. I also added my email as secondary contact.

So I click on “More Ways to Verify”… and am taken to the same incorrect number. It does not give me a secondary option. No other number or email address.

No idea what to do since I am easily able to access the account through normal means.

I have just installed the AHB plugin and it seems great. I have one problem though. The Captcha Verification code image appears broken, both in the Antispam settings page (preview image) and the published page. Please help.

I had a blog I was running and growing in 2016 [ redundant link removed ] where I shared unspoken issues relating to Africa. I even self hosted at some point till I fell very ill and lost my domain name. Since then I have been trying for years to enter back into my account with my email [ email deleted, do not post emails as you will get more spam ] but I never get SMS to the number I signed up with although it has the correct ending numbers. I can’t remember my backup codes either. Can anybody please help me get my account back please?

Admins can’t login because of Verification Code

I know what is happening, but I’m not sure how to fix it. My hosting provider,Dreamhost, dropped support for the PHP mail() function which I was using the run the my WP site. I also required all admins to have a verification code to login. Now, because mail() doesn’t work, no admin ever receives the verification e-mail.

Now, I can’t log in to the web interface at all. I do have SSH/file/DB/WP-CLI access. Does anybody know how to disable the verification code requirement so I can login to fix mail/SMTP issue?
