Survey videos not showing

When I configure the surveys with videos within the wordpress panel, the videos are visible URL but when i post the survey to my blog post, the videos are not visible and a white box appears instead and the youtube video does not appear. I attach this screenshot below. URL Please help me solve this problem, maybe I’m doing something wrong.

Hi,

I’ve recently started looking after this website and have noticed there is a black space for a video on the home page of the site. The video/black space needs to be removed however I cannot figure out how to do this in the page editing. Part of the page has been designed with Elementor and the other half has been done as normal. I can’t find anywhere in either the normal field groups or Elementor that the video/embed link lives. Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve got some video playback error. When I setup youtube gallery on page I see thumbnails of the gallery, but in lightbox no videos, only error message. What I’m doing wrong ?

I uploaded a .mp4 video using the Media Library and embedded it into this page at [ redundant link removed ] but when I view from a mobile device it shows the error:

Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found

The issues occurs with Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox on my iPhone 7 Plus. I’ve also tested from various other mobile devices and still have the same issue.

I’ve searched this forum and see others have this same issue with self-hosted videos in WordPress but still cannot get it working properly.

Any ideas?

All of the embedded videos on my site mysteriously stopped working and I’m not quite certain why that would be. They were working previously. Now they all get the following error. www%20tube8%20com’s server IP address could not be found.

I would appreciate any assistance you can offer.

Trying to embed a video on a post. First just tried the raw URL of the video and got

Then tried to add using the video shortcode. The video player shows up, the poster image does not. The video won’t play.

Tried changing the settings in Compatibility mode. That didn’t do it.

Here are a couple of screenshots of the error messages.

a Few issues

Hi there, I recently purchased the SnapTube theme and they make use of your plugin. So I guess you could say that the plugin I am using is a premium plugin?

1) I cannot for the love of man create more than 10 video categories. Is this a plugin issue or theme related?

2) When uploading videos I cannot find them even after the system showed “successful upload” in the green bar. It does show the thumbnail under recently uploaded, however when you click to view I just get a blank player and no video.

3) I resorted to the Amazon S3 Bucket, but this time when uploading I get a red bar saying “Unknown Error”. I checked and entered all the right credentials. But, Googling etc gives you absolutely no explanation (neither the support docs) on how to correctly set up Bucket with this plugin.
So I am unsure if it was done incorrectly…

4) My last issue is that when uploading videos I cannot see a progress bar… Im afraid that once users upload videos (and all my other problems are orted) they will abort the upload beforehand simply due to a lack of information provided during the process. Is this lack of a progress bar “standard” in this plugin or is there a issue with mine?

Please help me with this… I am desperate!
