It only took a few minutes to upload and activate this plugin if you plan on doing any video streaming and you want full control of your data.

vision: a user pays and registers or is registered by a human to have access to the course, they login to that section of the new website and have access to the courses they have paid for. no sharing to non-paid users(or at least as difficult as possible to download/share).
any recommendations on a plugin or combination of, or does this feature need to be built from scratch?

I would like to allow live video streaming from my wordpress website. I do not want to use any 3rd party plugin (involvement) like ustream/livestream . I would like to have entire functionality on my self-hosted website. Something on the lines of WebRTC protocol (I suppose)
Can you suggest me plugin(s) or theme(s) which I can probably use?
Thanks in anticipation.
[No bumping. If it’s that urgent after less than 40 minutes, consider hiring someone.]

I am new to all this so please bear with me.
I have just created a personal family site and on this i would like to stream videos so my family can view them.
My first option was to use YouTube and embed them as I currently have all of my videos on YouTube but they are set as private. The videos unfortuantely are coming up as private for others. If someone in my family wants to view them then they have to have a YouTube account and be authorised to view these as welll as being logged onto my site. I could set the videos to unlisted so they don’t appear in the Seaver results but then they are potentially still available if people knew where to look.
The second option is that I load my videos onto my FTP but is it then possible to stream them?
Any help is very much appreciated.
Thanks
Wayne.
