I utilize Premium Addons for Elementor’s Media Grid widget for my client’s website but recently, after an update to 4.1.1 discovered that many of the videos no longer worked. I narrowed down the problem and sent support an Email with the issue. Joseph was quick to respond. And after several additional Emails, he was able to reproduce the problem and sent it on to the dev team. Within just a few days of my first email an update with the fix was available.

That’s fantastic team work on support’s side.

we have the plugin on two different sites for our products. One site its working fine, one site its not. They both have same wordpress version. ideas?

i just updated your plugin and videos stopped loading after it.

I tried with saving permalinks, this didn’t help. I tried to enter the video in the media management and just save it, this also didn’t help.

Can you please tell me what to do to make it work?

Possible Jquery problem, Videos not working

Hi, got this problem on our site

This problem just appeared at the beginning of the week. I use WP Lightbox Ultimate and everyone was playing nicely, not now

No videos are playing and there is a spinning circle in a box on all pages apart from the Home page.

Could this be due to the recent Customizr upgrade or am I missing something?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Uploaded videos won't play, player only shows black

I recently started a new blog, and I upgraded to version 3.9.2. None of the videos I uploaded would play. I tried seven plugins with no success. With most of them, all I got was a black rectangle with the Play icon in the middle. When I clicked on it, if I was lucky I heard the audio but saw no video. I tried several MP4 files which should have played fine. One of them had been uploaded to youtube with no problem.

I spent several hours trying to resolve the problem with no success.

Videos aren't working on mobile

When I post videos on our articles, it doesn’t show on a mobile device. The videos only show on a desktop site.

I prefer not to post my website here if that’s possible, any idea how I can get this fixed? The plugins are all fine. I have like 5 of them and they’re all known.

Video thumbnails and video streaming not wworking

Hello, I just activated the plugin, disabled the others, reactivated everything etc.

The thumbnails on the page are grey boxes and not the video thumbnails and when I click to view a video it doesn’t steam: an error message comes “an error occurred, please try again later.”

Can you please help me fix this?
