Won’t Work Unless Displayed on Bottom Content

For the BAW Post Views Count plugin, the view counts do not update. The only way they do is by selecting “Will be displayed in bottom of content” in the plugin settings, then hiding this in the content by using custom CSS as follows:

.bawpvc-ajax-counter{
display: none !important
}

I’ve seen this as a common issue. I’m using the NewsTube theme by Cactus Themes. I’ve also notified the theme makers at https://themeforest.net/item/newstube-magazine-blog-video/12132780/comments.

Thanks for this wonderful plugin. I installed this plugin and displays a gallery… I just want to know if the video views (from the gallery) count in the Youtube total views. Because it seems that they do not count.

So I went on the Cubell Support forums and they asked me to come here for help, so here we go:

On each post there is a view count symbol which is completely off sync with how many views are registered by Jetpack. How do I get them to sync up, any advice?

web link views not being counted on my site

I submit web links to a film critic’s society (I’m a member) and on their site my view counts are quite high and rising but these are not being counted my end. For example, one film review has just broken 2K and on my site the views for the review shows double digits. Yet when I go to their site and click the web link, it automatically sends me back to my site.

Any clarification/help would be gratefully accepted.

Hi,

The views count is not working on my site. I tried to install a plugin for that, but it didn′t work at all either.

Now I’m trying to follow this instructions but they are made for programmers or people who knows about code. I don′t know how to do this.

Could someone give me step by step indications on exactly what lines of what .php files include exactly what code?

Or maybe even better! Is there a way to DELETE the views count? I don′t want it to be at zero forever.
