Unable to edit boxes

Plugin not updated, bugs appearing and no support

When I installed this plugin about 3 years ago I loved what it did and how it looked to the visitor, and proceeded to use it on several other sites. The new version about a year ago seemed good, although it was a bit irritating that you could no longer edit older slides.
Three weeks ago I tried to add a new slide to a page that already has several slides on it from both versions of the plugin. Although it appeared as I wanted it in the editor when I published it to the page it seemed to revert to the default settings of size – so a portrait image was now landscape and squished. Also, standard paragraph text that is on the page above the slides disappeared.
I put a support request on the forum and when I didn’t get any response from that, submitted an email to the author (although I knew this should only be used for the Pro version). Still no response. If I knew that the Pro plugin would work I would consder upgrading, even though I don’t require any of the features on it. However, I fear it may also not work and, given this experience, I am not confident that I would get any response from the author. I am therefore faced with having to completely redesign the page.
Sadly I will not be using this plugin on other sites and am no longer able to recommend it.

Unable to format new slides

I want to create a new slide. I initially tried cloning an existing slide, but it showed on the page as landscape even though the dimensions are 250px wide x 355px high, and had a border, even though I had set it with no border. The preview looked fine. I have tried resaving it, changing some of the settings and resaving, but nothing changes its appearance. I then tried creating a completely new slide and edited the settings to what I want. However it looks identical to the previous attempt. I have also found that the page is not displaying any content that comes before the shortcodes apart from text with H tags – although there is paragraph text before the visual slide boxes it is not displaying on the page (https://www.nancystevens.co.uk/magazine-articles/). I have copied both onto this test page along with screen shots of the Visual Slide Box Builder settings. I wonder if the plugin has been broken by an update? WordPress, themes and all plugins including VSBB are up to date.

Unable to set header font color

Hi.
Please see first Visual Slide Box under CIRCUS Magazine. I would like the header to be white #FFFFFF but, although it looks white in the WYSIWYG editor, it is almost the background color when published.
Here are my settings:
Initial: hsl(354, 1%, 2%)
Mask: hsl(260, 2%, 45%)
Heading: hsl(0, 0%, 100%)
Link: #000000

Title line space (LIT)

Hi there,
The title I’m adding in the overlay box is quite long and as a result it runs over two lines but the line spacing is just too much. I’d like to change it to around 120% but have had no luck when trying to change the css. Your help would be really appreciated! Thanks so much

I got a problem with a loop caused while managing with Visual Slide Box Builder. The plugin’s support team assumed that the issue is caused by something else other than the plugin because the problem persists after having unistalled. Everything began when I saw the boxes I set in the home page going out of the page towards right on mobile. I added the tag

shortcode in the text widget on the home page and the following message started to appear in the widget settings:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5607127 bytes) in /web/htdocs/www.mabox.it/home/wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1092

Can you suggest a possible solution? Thanks a lot in advance!

Can′t save either

Sorry for put this item again. I saw it several times in the forum, but never had a solution.

And… it′s a really amazing plugin!!!, so it′s a pain that me, as other persons alse, just can′t save the slide. Nothing appear below “HISTORY” after save the slide. I re installed several times (was the solution that Enmanuel gave) and didn′t correct the problem.

Is there a solution? I could get the PRO version, but first i would like to know whats going on whit that?

I′m using WP 4.5.3 MULTISITE and 1.3.4 VSBB plugin.

I am using the plugin all is working very well except the arrangement of the boxes.. I have separate boxes and they one below one but need them one after one.

Is it possible to have boxes one after one. ???

Conflict with TCBD Popover plugin

You’re plugin is exactly what I need, and is great to use, so thank you. I have discovered an after installing Visual Slide Box Builder it’s conflicting with TCBD Popover plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tcbd-popover/) which I have in active use. The popovers are still appearing, but they won’t hide when you hover-off and the display box is stretching into the header area. I’ve included a link to demonstrate the issue, but I’ve had to deactivate VSBB to keep site functioning correctly. The link provided is to unrelated site:
