I would like to inform you about a compatibility issue with WooCommerce. As of October 10, 2023, WooCommerce introduced the “High-performance order storage (HSPO) feature which is not compatible with your plugin. As a result, I got this message at the top of my WordPress dashboard:

WooCommerce has detected that some of your active plugins are incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features. Please?review the details.

After clicking “review the details”, it indicates that “WCPS” is the one concerned.

Thank you in advance, and I hope you solve this problem soon so we can benefit from this WooCommerce new feature and you’re plugin at the same time.

How to align the buttons

tengo un slider en el que me interesa que salgan ciertos productos con un orden determinado. ?Cómo puedo hacerlo? He probado con la opción “Order by ID’s” y salen los productos que he introducido, pero ordenados por id, en lugar del orden que he puesto. ?Cómo puedo cambiarlo?

Awesome Plugin – After Update

Indeed an awesome plugin. After the recent plugin update, it stopped showing the products on the page. Also noticed that the ‘slider navigation’ and ‘slider dots’ are still there, only products are hidden. Please sort out the issue. Thank you.

I would like to display the product short description as my excerpt in the product slider, but it isn’t displaying.

I can display the full content using one of the function hooks, but I can’t replicate this for product short description.

Please can somebody help?

Use of Custom Templates

Wanted to use a custom version of /templates/wcps-category.php. This is mostly to facilitate presenting just the parent level category in the $product_cats loop.

At any rate, is there a way to do this without altering the original file (it’ll be overwritten every time I update the plugin)?

Didn’t see a filter hook for “category” specifically or I might have gone that route.

Any info you could give me would be most awesome.

Slider starts to slide quickly and doesn’t stop

The WCPS starts to scroll really quickly after a few clicks on the pagination arrows, especially on mobile devices.

Any ideas on what we can do to fix this?

Thumbnails used in slider but appear to be enlarged?

I’m using the WooCommerce Products Slider plug-in to add a slider to the top of my site’s homepage. The development version of the site is at https://kingstonchui.socialpresencebuilders.com. I’m using the WooCommerce Storefront theme. After I created the slider in WCPS, I added the following to the theme-header.php file:

If you go to the site you’ll notice that the images in the slider are somewhat fuzzy – it looks as though it might be selecting the thumbnail images but blowing them up to a much larger size. I found a similar topic in this support forum. I followed the instructions and set the “Slider Thumbnail Size” to Thumbnail – but it didn’t change how the images were rendered.

If I change the “Slider Thumbnail Size” to “Medium” – then it shows the medium-sized image as I expect…and the size of the slider at the top of the page doesn’t change. So it seems like when I select “thumbnail” it’s trying to blow up the image to medium size…hence the fuzziness.
