Hi everyone,

There is this site I am trying to work on and I don’t know why but the address without www. is workring just fine but when I add www. like https://www.romengeltours.com I can’t even see the webpage? Any idea how may I solve the problem. Any tip / help would be much much appreciated.

Can’t be able to use page builder

Hey,

Ok, I just chose a template for my portfolio site, but somehow I can’t change anything at all. The template theme is Stout, I clicked on page builder, and a tool panel pops up but everything on the tool panel is grey and I can’t change anything.

There is a lot I want to change, also I want to change the web address of my pages, I mean the domain is my domain, but I want to change the sub heading of each page to match the name of my page, like on the menu I typed “My CG Drawing”, but the name of the page in my web address is still “Gallery”.

So these are the two problems I’m having right now, I’ll be very thankful if someone can help me

URL is incorrect

My URL is showing incorrectly. When you login to the site link below, the URL shows the correct address, but then by clicking on any of the menu links, it show my root and the folder. When I tried to change the site URL and web address in the settings, the site could not be found and it took me hours to get it back online. What is the correct way to make sure that the site is coming from the correct URL? This is messing with my search results as well by placing my companies name (ad agency) on the same title line as my client.

Hi,

This may be a simple question, but I’m not the best at this stuff. Right now, I have upgraded to a premium plan so that I can use my own web address without the “wordpress” title in front of it. I would like to change that address. Is it possible?

EXAMPLE: Right now it is www.RED.com and I want it to be www.BLUE.com but lead readers to the same place.

Missing web urls in General Settings page

I want to move my WP site from a sub directory to my main directory.
All instructions I’ve read say to change the web addresses on my WP General Settings page.

PROBLEM: I have no such fields on that page as per the link to a screenshot of my General Settings page WP General settings screenshot

Is this a problem or omission in the latest WP version or ….??
Please help as I need to get my site up and running live.

I have just bought a new web address. I want to make this the main address for my web site and make it so when people type the old web address it will redirect them to the new address. I want the content on the site to stay the same. Thanks of any help.

How do I replace the above link into “millysinn.com”?
The index page says what its supposed to say, “business.com” but all of the sub-pages show the server link. I called up the host company all they would tell me was that its a Word Press glitch and they can’t anything.

I am very new to this so…My web address is redarrowsc.com. I set up a subdirectory when I downloaded wordpress. I named it wordpress.redarrowsc.com now to get to the website I have to go to wordpress.redarrowsc.com. I want the website to be at redarrowsc.com (without the wordpress prefix). Before I spend a lot of time designing the website I want to ensure I can make that happen. Can someone advise me on this issue? Thank you in advance
