Theme: Webfolio by Site5 – cant get to show posts?

I have an existing, about 1 year old site, I today activated the Webfolio theme.
Fighting through it’s customization limitations because I love the slider/homepage, I want to set up a Page to show my Posts on.
There’s approximately 81 posts on the site.
I set up a blank page with only the title “Blog”.
I add this page to my custom menu, and under Settings=>Reading set this page as where to show blog posts. I leave Front Page as “–select—“.
The home page shows up fine (except for some clean up I have to do) but when you click the Blog menu, it shows the Front Page again!
I don’t know what i’m doing wrong and need a push in the right direction?

Hi! This theme is typical Portfolio and on main page there isn’t any posts. Can someone tell me how to do new site “Blog” and on this site I will have all my posts ?

When I installed the webfolio theme its just acting weird… no thumbnail preview next to the theme name on the themes screen and when I activate it… it has no formatting its just like a generic text page. Twenty Twelve works fine… but not webfolio.

So I did a another fresh install of wordpress in a different directory just in case I did something that the theme does not like… same problem –

I am thinking that maybe the theme is not supported in WordPress 3.51 ? Even the theme options section is really messed up… and does not look like the screen shots in the theme docs…

Can someone clarify if it may be on my end or its just not compatible with the current version of wordpress?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Drop down menu Webfolio WordPress Theme

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the drop down menu of the site www.liveonlinecasino.it .

The subpages from the drop down menu are not clickable as you can see. The theme is the Webfolio WordPress Theme.

Does anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks!

I’m using Webfolio on WordPress 3.2.1. How do I change the dimensions on the logo to fit a larger logo and remove the tag line (or at least shrink it)?

Webfolio & WordPress 3 Menus Management feature

Hi All, I’m running version 3 with Webfolio from site5.
Looking under the Appearance tab in the menu, and I don’t have a “Menus” button option.
By default the Webfolio theme has all categories set to be buttons, everytime I set a category I’ll have to exclude it via number is the only way to do it without Menus management.
I’m hoping I can get the v.3 feature working and there will be a better way to exclude categories from my top menu.
I’ll plan to add a sidebar menu with plenty of category nav’s later on, for digging in to categories at a later time.
Any idea how to get Menus management feature working then, I found some code to place in the function.php file, but wasn’t sure what to replace or edit that was already in the file.

Step Carousel in Webfolio

Hi,

I have installed the step carousel on my website as part of the Webfolio theme for wordpress (site address is www.ground-art.co.uk) and cannot figure out what in the stepcarousel.js file to change in order to increase the pause time on each image,

If possible, Id also like to know what I need to do make the movement continually be forwards rather than going backwards to the first item. I would then, if possible like to be able to remove the Prev navigation button Only and retain the forwards one

I hope someone can help!

Main Menu Bar Children Issue (Webfolio theme)

Hi there.

I am running the webfolio theme on www.ground-art.co.uk. The links on the main menu children are the correct colour on the Portfolio drop down, however, for some reason come up with no background on the about us and services drop downs.

Any ideas?
