Hello, Good Day to you.
I am a startup founder and have recently created the website alternativeai.io
I have access to hosting account but recently my website went down, and have been unable to log in.

I’ve just hired a developer from Upwork who has all logins, but he hasn’t got back to me, I have had heaps of traffic on my website and now I fear the worst for my business

The hosting site is active till June 2024, and I have access to everything required .

With i was unable to contact anyone at www.ads-software.com to get simple access, and then trying wordpress.com, they have told me go on this forum to ask someone to help me this way, so with this all new to me, i hope someone can kindly advise me how can i simply log into my websites.

Hi I’m working with this company whose website was designed some time ago using WordPress. That person is no longer contactable. I have tried various ways of getting into the back end of the site but without any success at all. The website hasn’t been updated for at least 3 years and most of the info is out of date and I need to update it all. How can I get access? I only have the following:

The plugin asked me to generate a new security key (it expires every 60 days). Now I can’t access to my website. It says:
“Having problems? Try another way to log in
– TOTP authentication
– Backup codes
– Fallback Email ”

But I can’t click on any of these options or I don’t know how to access them.

I tried using the option “lost password” I got a link in my inbox, reset the password and I keep ending up on the same “error” page (described above).

Can anyone help me please?

Can’t access my website, don’t have a login, developer no longer contactable

My client has a difficult situation. She needs to urgently take down an existing website that someone built for her. The tricky thing is the developer owns the domain name and has the only login to the Word Press website. They are also no longer contactable or available (essentially have disappeared off radar). The domain name expires in September 2022, however this is too far away and is causing damage to her business not being able to edit or update the website. She has also contacted the domain name host provider, but they won’t do anything as she doesn’t officially own the domain. Is there a way Word Press can provide login access if my client can prove her identity or something similar? Perhaps override the developer access or provide a unique login to the domain? An urgent solution or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am a WP “newby” working on a website. For regulatory reasons I am only allowed to grant access to the website to those visitors who identify themselves (either by providing an e-mail address) or to those who got a password which I will provide upon request. Does anyone know of a plugin that serves this purpose? I have already searched for quite a long time but unfortunately without success. Maybe I am not searching right? Any assistance on this? Site pages and admin log in issues

The site was working up until I published an update on the homepage, reviewed it and it was fine. I noticed that the menu link did not have the url pointing to the homepage. I was looking through the admin dashboard to find the main menus, when I all of a sudden could not do anything and the site no longer displayed properly.

Uninstalling Plugin where WP install inaccesible

How do I uninstall SG Optimizer? I didn’t realize that it couldn’t work with HostPapa. I accidentally clicked the recommended option in php IN WP, now I cannot log in to my website but instead when I type in the browser my domain name it downloads the following php file which I was able to open with Notepad.
