Crashing The Website

Hello! Kirki Team,

I have a theme “mundana” theme for my website and “Kirki Customizer Framework” is the basic plugin. when ever I activate this plugin website crash and say “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instruction.”

Please help me to solve this issue.

SQLreport causing site to crash

History: I migrated site from one dedicate server to another with the same hosting company. Since then I have been having errors with the site. I thought the problem was with the iThemes security plugin…since once I would log in I would get a 500 server error. I started troubleshooting by disabling all the plugins then adding them back one by one until I could reproduce the error. Once I enable the EZ SQL Reports Shortcode Widget and DB Backup the site would go down.

I’ve several pages utilizing the SQL plugin and would rather fix this instead of finding another plugin.

My website is consistently crashing every couple of days. the log show the following message-

[10-Apr-2020 15:59:59 UTC] PHP Fatal error (Error) has occurred during download backup. Error Message: Call to undefined method UpdraftPlus_PartialFileServlet::send_file()

I tried to deactivate the plugin but than the web site wasn’t accessible, i received this message-

Fatal error. Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 196608 bytes)

Any suggestions what to do to end this nightmare ?

Website Crashing Ever Since I Updated Theme

Hello,

Please, help! My website has been crashing ever since i updated my wordpress. I have contacted the theme provider as well as my hosting company – either of them seems to have a solution to it. Thus,i had no other option but to come here to see if anyone ishaving a similar problem too?

Is there any possible cause or solution to this?

Update 6.3.14 Internal Server Error

After updating to Wordfence 6.3.14 yesterday our website had an internal server error 500 and I’ve had to remove it? We’re premium members and need our security restored to our site as a matter of urgency.

Please advise as to how to rectify or how to roll back to the previous version?

Plugin creates Internal Server Error 500 on WP 4.7.2

Installed and configured this as per instructions and have now encountered the aforementioned error three times since installation. Isolated the plugin to this by deleting all others and activating them one at a time.

I cannot access WP interface and have to delete the plugin using FTP before I can get back in to WP.

Plugin states it works with my version of WP so advise would be appreciated.

I am not sure if this is to do with wp super cache or the previous cache plugin w3 total cache. After disabling and removing wp super cache it is still there.

My website is also going down several times a day for a few minutes each time I’m worried it may be connected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

WordPress Website crashing every time

Hi Everyone. I need some help here. I have a WordPress website of a Client which keeps on crashing. The site is membership site, without using S2 Member plugin. The average site visitors per month are 1,00,000 to 2,00,000. The total site members who registered in 3 months are 2,65,000. The site is pretty basic with no special template or plugins. It only has 6 plugins and a custom built theme. The site has WP Super Cache installed as well.

I would really appreciate if you can help me answer the following questions:
1) Why is the site crashing ?
2) How do I stop the site from crashing ?
3) How do I manage the database with such large number of users ?
4) If I want to use a good membership plugin called S2 Member Pro edition, then how can I migrate the website users to that ?
5) Can there be a better solution than using WP Super Cache plugin ?
