I have signed up self-hosted version of WordPress with host-care.com from www.ads-software.com on Tue, Jul 18, 2017, 2:45 PM and got following message

Today when we checked our website it shows blank wordpress page and username it shows “ERROR: Invalid username.” and if i forgot password it shows me “ERROR: There is no account with that username or email address.”

Please help me what to do?

Hello, I have a website on wordpress https://www.urcityguide.com/ with profitmag theme, yesterday it was showing option to update the theme. I did update the theme and then refresh the website. After that it is showing fatal error, and now I am not able to login to my site dashboard as well.. Please help me, a I need to fix this issue asap.

it was working fine when i renamed the public_html folder to public_htmlold to do some internal checks and then renamed it back to
public_html and now the site isnt opening.

can anyone tell what to do ?
