I found the Yeken website and the amazing “Weight Tracker” WordPress Plugin.

After reading about the Weight Tracker Plugin, I immediately knew this was exactly what I was looking for, and the Price couldn’t be more affordable.

The more I worked with the Weight Tracker plugin the more impressed I was of it’s functionality and options. It uses shortcodes so it’s extremely easy to use, and man there are plenty of them (over 35).

Here are just a few of my favorite Weight Tracker shortcodes:

– User Custom Fields Awards (displays awards given to user)
– Calculator (displays BMI, BMR, suggested caloric intake, Macro Nutrients)
– Chart (displays chart of users weight)
– Challenges (displays a challenge league table)
– Notes (displays personalized notes sent to a user from the Admin)

The Cherry on top is the Support. Ali is the creator of the plugin and he also provides 5-Star Customer Support. He is very responsive and knows his creation inside out.

I am told my websites are broken and I am getting a robots txt invalid and XML is invalid. How do I fix this problem so my pages will rank in the search engines? I was told to contact you.

Can you guys help me get this thing better? I recently lost 40 pounds and have been using weight loss products and all of my friends are asking about what I did to lose the weight so I made the blog to show them and the world…

I don’t know what to do next to get to the next level design wise. I need a good review theme that lets you use headers too, and has built in ease of use for adding things like stars, how many stars out of 5 stars, just wondering what to do next to drastically improve my wordpress site.

This is a great tool.
I have an idea / need for participants and some weekly interactions.
I would like my participants to report to me every week some results.

So the fields I need is: (After registration)
Date / Weight (kg.) / Breast (cm) /Stomach (cm) / Hips (cm) /Right Thigh (cm) /Left Thigh

Every week the participant can choose from a drop-down an “attitude” for how they feel about the result (Good, Ok or bad)
And maybe write a few lines of comments to submit by email.

Primary goal is to collect the data for each participants and let them see their own results (no edit ;))

Secondary goal: If a graph could be shown it would be a huge bonus.
Third goal: If possible to add a “start picture” and then 1 result picture every month (after 4 weeks).
At the end (finish weight loss) a final picture is uploaded/added.

If no picture a quick reminder email is sent
If no measurements is recorded an reminder email is sent to user (until a FINISH box is ticked)

Every week entry and photo is mailed to admin.
