Overlapping Hello bar with menu

Hi,

When using the Welcome bar, there is an overlaping issue both on desktop and mobile.

On mobile, it is completely hidding the navigation bar.

How can I set the Welcome bar to be on top of the menu, without hidding it?

Button height error

The Welcome Bar button ok during preview but on the page, it’s double the height. Upon checking the CSS, the button height is at height: 40px. I tried height: 20px or auto and looked fine.

Welcome Bar Not Showing, Admin Preview Not Showing Either

I’ve installed the Welcome Bar WP plugin. The bar doesn’t show up on my pages, and in the admin settings, where it says, “Visitors from everywhere will see this bar at the top of their screen:” there’s nothing in the box. So it seems there is a problem. But I don’t know where to start. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
