Do I have this set up incorrectly? If so, what is the proper way to set this up so that new Wholesale Users can receive a custom email when they are added?
If I have this set up correctly, then what could be causing this to not work?
Thanks!
]]>Are there other automatica messages using that gray color? because I want to use the same company style and not that gray if possible. thanks!
]]>I set the first email in the “Settings and messages”->welcome section
and the second email in the “Welcome email” section but I only receive the one in this last field.
I can’t figure out if it’s a bug or the plugin doesn’t send 2 emails. and if it doesn’t, is it possible to do it with a custom code?
]]>One recurring problem I’ve encountered involves customizing the welcome email message. Initially, I customize the message as required, save it, and for a while (hours), everything works smoothly. However, after some time, the customization reverts to the default welcome message within the newsletter plugin. Consequently, when the welcome email is sent, the default message is displayed.
This issue occurs intermittently throughout the day. Sometimes, even after saving, the message resets if the page is refreshed or if I log in to WordPress again. While I’ve taken to saving the text in a document to avoid redoing it, I believe it’s crucial to address this issue to maintain a professional format when communicating with users on our website.

I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and remain attentive to any further guidance.
]]>When we created the welcome email we activated it for all new customers who sign up as customers of the store.
When a customer signs up to our shop he appears to be registered on mailpoet, but it is not confirmed. The confirmation email is not sent and therefore the customer always remains unconfirmed. We manually sent the confirmation request and that’s how it works and the customer is listed as “subscribed”. But the welcome email always remains in the queue and is never sent.
what did we do wrong? Thank you
I’m currently using the starter plan for testing. I’ll be launching my startup soon and then upgrading to the business plan.
Now unfortunately I have an issue:
I have set up a welcome email that current test users of my portal receive after registration. All going well.
But as of today, all smilies and pictures have disappeared from the template of the welcome email. These are through ????? been replaced. My test users are now receiving a very ugly welcome email that looks very disturbing.
What can we do? Of course, that shouldn’t happen when the beta phase is over.
Best regards,
Patrick
Newsletters send fine from both but on my welcome emails via store (and probably non store) I get this error:
Paused emails
There was problem sending the following email(s), please fix the issues described for each email and resume.
Now I dont actually have any error code… or “description” of the issue. Just won’t send, please help!
One email did send, but!
The email comes up blank for people, when it should be a fully designed email with coupon code. Can provide photos on request.
