I have tested and compared both plugins: FileBird and CatFolders.
And I have realized, that both plugins are technically almost the same. So now I am not sure if one of the plugins is just copied and rebranded? And why? FileBird seems to be maintained more frequently.
]]>Here i have put the Global site tag taken from GA
In the settings for GA tracking, how do we know which setting to use in the “tracking method” section?
I have a UA code at the top under GA tracking ID.
But my web person has also just put into the source code somewhere a GA Global site tag.
The “tracking method” turned on at the moment here is for Universal Analytics ( analyticsjs )default.
But should it be Global site tag ( new method )
also, do i need this code at all if i already am connected to SC with a meta tag from Yoast plugin?
Thanks for any advice

]]>Under Access Logs I choose “Permalink Equals /somepage” and I get a list of users that have viewed this page, but it only shows IP address and does not show users name/username/email.
Is there anyway to add users information to this filter?
Thanks

I need to change this line, but I can’t seem to find which file it’s located in. (It doesn’t seem to be in wp-login.php, which seemed like the most obvious answer)
Again, I don’t know much about this so forgive me if this doesn’t make sense or I’m using the wrong terms, but if somebody knows how I can either use Inspect Element to find the file it’s located in or knows where it is, that would be a great help. Thank you.

Is there something along the lines of is_page()

]]>Not sure if this is the right forum.
I’m a mostly print designer, but have the task of redoing my company’s website. It’s about 10 years old, and was created in Dreamweaver. (I’d rather not post it here, as I don’t think it would be appreciated by my boss!)
I’m thinking of starting from scratch and redesigning it in WordPress. I’m concerned about the traffic, based on a few articles I have read. We get up to 3,000 visits per day (usually less), though on a few days in March (because we specialize in basketball) we may get over 100,000 hits per month. This year we got max 30k hits in one day. If I look into super cache, and the like, will that be sufficient to prevent crashing on a 30k visitor day?
Is this something WordPress can handle? Or am I better off learning Joomla or Drupal?
The other thing I’m concerned with is security. But I haven’t looked into it much – are there sufficient precautions one can take to prevent hacking in a WordPress site?
There’s just so much information, and I am the entire creative department – I don’t know where to begin right now!
Thanks so much.
