Wordfence Giving Error 503, can’t unblock IP

A user is getting error 503 “Your access to the site has been limited by site owner.” The user has accessed the site many times previously. Their IP is not showing on the Blocked IP list on the Wordfence plugin “Blocking” info on the site, and they are not showing up in the “Live Traffic” area. I placed IP on “Allowlist.” User has checked their computer for malware and is ok. Cleared cache, rebooted. They still cannot access website. Can you advise next steps to be able to get them access to the site?

My forum page is viewing messed up because Jetpack is blocking the ip adress of Gtranslate (51.254.225.117) Please whitelist it (i had contact with Gtranslate and the told me i had to post it in here).

Whitelist IP with Pro not working

I have the pro version key and I have pasted the key into the field located under the Pro tab. It says its active and valid indefinitely for 3 sites. I bought the Pro version mainly for the whitelist ip function. When I click the button to enable the whitelist ip function it bounces me to the Pro tab. Please help me. Thank you

I’ve installed Cleantalk Antispan on quite a few of my websites. While I was testing them, my own IP address has become flagged as a spammer. How can I get whitelist my own IP?

Error message: *** Forbidden. Sender blacklisted. ***

Our website is hosted with WPEngine and uses their “Smart Plugin Manager” to auto-update WP plugins as they are released. This all worked seamlessly until recently when they discovered that the Duo 2FA plugin is blocking admin-ajax requests. Is this something that changed recently in the Duo plugin? Is there a way to unblock admin-ajax requests or is there a way to whitelist IP addresses to bypass Duo entirely?

Hi,

I am using Loginizer v1.6.5 and are happy with the plugin.
But, I will protect the login page by setting a White list IP.
After doing this, I am still able to access the page from another IP, out of the range.

I am looking forward to a solution for this.
