We’ve encountered a technical issue related to the hCaptcha whitelisting feature when using Ninja Forms. Could you review their support response and address this matter?

Thank you!
]]>I can’t even go to the selected page MYSELF and whitelisting does nothing. I shall ask that plugin too but this apparently just started, though they have had it in the past. I do think its slowing down the site and these seem to be legitimate requests (some are coming direct from google) and the plugin does rely on their API.
Any suggestions?
How to block a child directory while Whitelisting a parent?
For example:
we want to Whitelist
/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/*
and Blacklist
/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/1/feedback
Just wanting to know how to use the whitelisting feature? Do I put the entire URL in? Or just the path?
Also, just a suggestion but maybe to help with simple requests like this, you should consider including better screenshots in your plugin description page.
Thanks,
Sare
the error message states: “Anti-Crawler Protection is activated for your IP ‘https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/116.203.69.211′” but when checking the same ip it says: “Search Result: 116.203.69.211 spam activity is not found. Not found any records”
what can I do?
]]>hi,
lately i’ve been getting the message above when I try to test a form on client sites, even though the email i’m using is my admins email? other emails work fine…
is there any way to white-list specific emails on the sites or on the CleanTalk dashboard?
thanks
]]>How does the “in Response To” section work? How are the posts linked?
What does the number in front of the words “View Post” mean?
I am very confused by the plugin results and would appreciate help in interpreting the results and setting things up. Thanks
Should I be using a no self ping plugin?
]]>In the past few weeks, the weekly Wordfence notifications have “Recently Blocked Attacks.” I have inquired about this of Stackpath and they acknowledge that each of the “attacks” are from THEIR IP addresses, just doing their normal scan or whatever they need to do to function correctly. (Previously for many months, the notifications would always indicate “No data currently,” so I was concerned about this and that is what prompted me to contact them… wondering WHY are these entities getting through.)
They gave me a URL that lists all their IP addresses that I could go into each of my installations to whitelist. I was planning to do this but then I realized that there may be other people dealing with the same thing. Maybe you might consider verifying what I’m saying and then possibly whitelist that set of IP address on the back end so it would apply to all users of Wordfence?
I am hesitant to publicly post the stated URL here but if you want to contact me privately, I would really be happy to supply it.
Thank you.
