Thanks
]]>I am working with a client whose IT department has blocked all ActiveX controls. Their IT guys have suggested the Yoast is the one calling the ActiveX control and turning it off allows the users to access the pages to edit them but otherwise they just get a white screen.
Can anyone tell me when ActiveX became part of Yoast, as until a recent update this was not an issue? Also, what is it being used for?
Thanks,
Thom
The wordpress login page has a white screen of death and I can not resolve it.
I backed up my content and tried to upgrade the PHP version via Cpanel, but the problem persists.
After trying to update wordpress via FileZilla my wordpress has the following message:
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/passapor/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 1104”
Can you help me to check if there is a problem with the hosting or what kind of problem is happening?
If necessary I can “reset” and later restore content such as posts, photos and post’s comments.
This in advance.
]]>I was trying to insert code into my theme, within the functions.php file, and something happened and now when I try to click on any link relating to my site it shows a white screen.
If i go to google and click on the link= white screen
Likewise, in my hosting site- if i click to go to WordPress admin panel= white screen.
I’m not sure how to undo my erroneous coding so that my site will revert back to being able to function, especially since I can’t get anywhere near any of the content.
On all the solutions I’ve read it talks of FTP clients and trying to change the functions.php code back to normal via my directory.
I’m not too sure how to do this without further messing things up.
If someone could please help I’d really appreciate it.
My site is www.broguesandbraces.com
Thanks in advance,
Ben
