So I then tried one of the blogs and went through the Basic Authentication setup again. With “Test Configuration“, nothing happens. No errors, nothing to indicate the button even registered the click. There’s nothing in site error log either.
I’m pretty sure this has to do with some server change I’ve made in last few days, but can’t pin it down. Server is running WHM.
Anyone with a possible clue as to what’s happening? thanks
]]>It looks odd that a subdomain website running on PHP version 7.4 is not broken, while the ones (domain & other subdomain) running on PHP version 8.1 are experiencing issues.
After an hour, this error shows in WHM Cpanel, every time I open the WP Toolkit, it gives me an error that says ‘Error: Initial data load error: some required fields are not provided’
]]>This redis is being used by two different cPanel account on the same server. Both are the WP sites (staging & production), after installing this plugin I faced a strange issue with the plugins. Both site’s plugins were conflicted e.g. If I delete one plugin from staging, it deletes on production automatically.
Also, I found the auto-disabling plugin issue after enabling the redis plugin.
So, I just want to know if this happened because of the same storage data being used by Redis? Kindly respond on this asap.
[P.S.- Staging and production both has different database]
Looking forward to hearing back soon.
]]>Do you have any page instructions on how to go into the WHM Root and modify this? Where to find the .conf file? Could changing this break something else? I have some hosting experience, however I am not a hosting administrator who runs commands.
Thanks
]]>On just one of the eight sites I am having trouble setting up the s3 configuration.
After i put in my S3 IAM credentials I get the following error.
“`Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function GuzzleHttp\Psr7\uri_for() in /home/dinbaadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/Api/Serializer/RestSerializer.php:35 Stack trace: #0 /home/dinbaadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/Api/Serializer/RestXmlSerializer.php(25): Aws\Api\Serializer\RestSerializer->__construct(Object(Aws\Api\Service), ‘https://s3.ap-s…’) #1 /home/dinbaadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/Api/Service.php(90): Aws\Api\Serializer\RestXmlSerializer->__construct(Object(Aws\Api\Service), ‘https://s3.ap-s…’) #2 /home/dinbaadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/ClientResolver.php(662): Aws\Api\Service::createSerializer(Object(Aws\Api\Service), ‘https://s3.ap-s…’) #3 /home/dinbaadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/ClientResolver.php(276): Aws\ClientResolver::_default_serializer(Array) #4 /home/dinbaadmin/public_html/wp-con in /home/dinbaadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/Api/Serializer/RestSerializer.php on line 35”
Any idea why this is not working on this site but it is on all the others?
]]>wp
command to run for all users.
I copied the file to /usr/local/bin
and renamed it to wp per the instructions. And when I’m logged in as root I can run wp
from anywhere and it works (although it gives me the “are you sure you want to run this as root?” warning).
I was under the impression that moving an executable to /usr/local/bin
would make that executable available to all users. However, when I switch to another user, I get a “command not found” error.
How can I install wp-cli for all users? I want to make sure every user with SSH access can run wp-cli.
Thanks in advance!
]]>I use Wordfence, your great plugin whit WP 4.7.2. I detected in the Live Traffic option a bit of problem:
I’ve got a lot of Blocked traffic from my Hosting Provider!
In the list, I see the hosting provider’s shared IP (“IP” section), I see the server hostname (“Hostname” section), and I see “undefined” browser at “Browser” section.
The blocked requests are:
– domain/?wordfence_synvAttackData
– domain/wp-cron.phph?doing_wp_cron
The Hosting Provider use cPanel servers.
Do you have any solution or idea, what is the problem?
Manythanks!
]]>You need to make this file writable before you can save your changes. See the Codex for more information.
I cannot comprehend how this happened and theres just no way it is feasible to go thru every single install on the server and change all the permissions on each file. So I want to find out where in WHM i can set this to work again.
thanks
