Does anyone else encounter the same issue? if yes, how to fix it? I don’t think this relates to any theme as the file is from the WordPress package.
Thank you.
]]>I just migrated my website to a new domain.
The BruteProtect widget on WordPress dashboard sill displays the previous website link.
I explain: before my domain name was for example: “previousdomainname.com”
Instead of displaying “… Malicious attempts to access newdomainname.com”, it shows: “… Malicious attempts to access previousdomainname.com”.
However, in the BruteProtect settings, the API key link is the right one.
Is my website protected anyway?

You see the “property search” is a nice long box (that’s one of the ones left from when they designed by site). If I put in a new box it comes out a standard size (notice how the “follow us” box has a bunch of dead space, I’d like to reduce the height of that box and remove the dead space, and be able to increase the size of the other boxes to add more stuff.
Any help / ideas would be appreciated. I am using the genesis theme if that makes a difference.

]]>I’m going crazy! I had this white background to my widgets on the right hand side of the webpage. But then I accidently took away the code and now I can’t seem to fix it!
I want the same kind of background as I have behind my “main page area”.
This is the code I’ve used, but it doesn’t seem to work?!
.widget-container {
margin: 0 0 20px 0;
background: #f0ede1;
background: rgba(240, 237, 225, 0.8);
padding: 9px;
}
Here is my page: https://www.vendela-valentin.com/guiltyones/
My other question is about the footer. How to I remove the black line? And how do I make my text and links in the footer area to be right aligned?
Thank you for your help!
Can someone please help me with this? Some of my WordPress pages have comments submitted by visitors. I want to exclude them from displaying on the “recent comments” widget.
I think I need to add some codes in wp-includes/default-widgets.php (between Line 600 to 690. I am using WP version 3.05) But I don’t know what exactly I should put in.
Please help! Thank you!
