BTW, I’m eager to buy the paid version of OceanWP, as soon as I have time after getting most of my content into WordPress (I’m moving from Joomla) — to be very candid, I’m waiting for a Black Friday sale so I can pick up as much as possible at a discount.
Thanks!
Thanks for all your support so far. My footers all align left right now and need them to align center. How do I do that?

here is my website, i want to change the widget’s alignment.
Hope you’re all well.
Here is my site ( a work in progress):
www.ireneammarcmt.com
I am interested in changing two things from how it is currently set up:
1. The images I have in the First Footer Widget area (just regular image widgets that are meant to be links) have an empty background, which is showing up as white, different than the background color of the footer (I’m not sure the code for the color, but it’s an off-white that is slightly tan). Is there code for changing the background of the widgets?
2. I’m also wondering about being able to change the alignment of the widgets themselves (especially in responsive mobile screen, the main three widgets will all sit on one side instead of being centered–is there code to have them be centered in any size screen?
2b. I also want to change the images in my aforementioned footer widgets to be centered within the widget instead of off to one side. I can’t tell as much, but I think that the main three widget images are not quite centered as well. Is there CSS for this?
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it.
Irene
I’m using “The J A Mortram” WordPress theme ( I dig it btw). It includes a footer widget section that appears to be aligning everything to center.
If you visit www.seanpalomino.com, you’ll see that my Twitter widget is center aligned. I’d like to have it align left. I’d like any other widgets that I might add to align left as well.
I’m using the Simple Twitter Tweets plugin, and the Responsive Column Widgets (which allows me to place widgets side by side).
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
Sean
I am trying to center align an image map in a widget area on the home page of my website. I’ve tried:
1)

2)

3)

4) align=”center” in the image tag
5) aligncenter in the image tag
None of these has worked. The site is located at: https://www.sedulousmarketing.com. The current code in the widget is:

<img src=”https://sedulousmarketing.com/wp-content/themes/dynamik/css/images/front-page-buttons.png” alt=”Sedulous Marketing Resources” usemap=”#map” />

<area shape=”rect” coords=”1367, 2, 1999, 284″ href=”https://sedulousmarketing.com/2-common-marketing-mistakes/” alt=” 2 Common Marketing Mistakes” />
<area shape=”rect” coords=”688, 4, 1361, 287″ href=”https://sedulousmarketing.com/free-marketing-resources/” alt=”Free Marketing Resources” />
<area shape=”rect” coords=”8, -1, 683, 284″ href=”https://sedulousmarketing.com/the-power-marketing-program/” alt=”The Power Marketing Program” />

Your help is greatly appreciated!
