How Can I add a File Upload option on the Widget admin screen.
So that users can upload a excel file to my widget and I want to save that files url in the $instance variable so that I can use the link to use the file in further process.

Polylang makes my Widget Backend unmanageable

Upon deactivating and reactivating all plugins, I found out that Polylang was the culprit, so I deactivated it, BUT I need to manage a bilingual site, so please help me get my widget backend together again with the next polylang release or please tell me what I need to do…

Widget Page Not Appearing

Although the widgets are appearing on the site, I cannot manage my widget page as there is nothing to manage on the page, see screen: https://www.jessicavoiceover.com/img/widgetsphp.png

Widgets appearing on site, BUT are unmanageable in Backend

I don’t know when this happened, perhaps after the latest WP update of 3.8.2 which was done automatically. I hope with this code: define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, false ); that I’ve added to my wp-config.php file, I have stopped this automation, the nerve of WP just doing that to us unexpectedly, sheesh…

Anyway, I would like to manage my widgets, but there is absolutely nothing to manage, see this screen: https://www.jessicavoiceover.com/img/widgetsphp.png

I’ve tried to find a similar thread on this subject, but cannot. I’ve disabled/re-enabled my ‘Display Widgets’ plugin, but nothing changed. I didn’t think that was the problem anyway…

I’m not a developer, so I need layman termed support here… Please help me, I don’t know how to troubleshoot this one and I really need to be able to manage my widgets…
