Then I tested it with my admin account: it works as expected.

But when a user opens this page, the widgets simply don’t show up, there’s a blank space. (The user can be logged in or not, I tested each role with no success except for admin).

How can I fix this?

I use wp bakery builder on my website, and I tried to install web stories on the home page using the classic editor. I have also tried to update the shortcodes according to the document below, but it didn’t work.

The problem is the widget is not showing the carousel arrows, or the image on the thumbnails. It only works on the lightbox.

I have been struggling for hours not.
The widget does not want to show on my website.

I want to show the content of a group. I followed all the steps and tested the links and bots. Everything says it is working.
I want to use the Legacy widget because it is a group.

The widget just won’t show. And I don’t know why. The invite widget works fine.

Do you have any idea please?

Every other widget I’ve attempted to add appears, the custom menu seems to be the only affected widget. I am using Wootheme Artificer.
