ITRO Popup 5.2.6 does not work with Google Chrome and Microsoft?

ITRO Popup Plugin Version 5.2.6 works with Firefox, but not with the latest versions of browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Windows 10, and WordPress Version 6.4.2, why?

The caches have been emptied!

Could you try and fix this blocking bug?

LearnPress: Split Screen Stops ‘Take Course’ Button from Working

Hi there, WordPress forums.

We have recently run into an issue for one of our sites which runs on WordPress 5.4.4 with the latest version of LearnPress.

When someone tries to take one of our courses, this generally works fine if the window is maximised or resized to smaller dimensions. However, when the window is dragged to the side on Windows 10 (have not tried on Mac), so that it snaps to a split screen viewing mode, the button then changes colour slightly and becomes impossible to press. This also makes our course effectively impossible to take in these circumstances.

Does anyone know how we might resolve this problem? Thank you.

New text cursor indicator in W10 2004 crashes browser selecting delivery country

When selecting the delivery address country on the basket or checkout page in Woocommerce, the browser crashed (disappeared without any error message). This happened with both Chrome and Edge (now built on Chrome). I spent considerable time and effort trying to fix this issue and so here’s a heads-up should anyone else see the problem.

I had recently updated to the latest 2004 version of Windows 10. I had taken advantage of a new “Text Cursor” option in the “ease of Access” settings in W10 that allows the text cursor to be more visible. It was this setting that caused the browser to crash. As soon as I unchecked this option the problem disappeared.

I guess this is for Microsoft to fix , but maybe Woocommerce or Chrome need to know.

New Computer Logging in Problems

Hello group,

Never had this problem before, because you’re supposed to be able to log in from any device. Right? Just type in domain, then add /wp-admin, right?

Well, I bought a new Windows 10 desktop PC, and I can’t even get the login box to show when I do all that. Instead, a page sharing my theme loads which says: “OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?” Then there’s a search box right underneath that.

Went to my old machine and everything is fine. At first I thought maybe a new level of security? Like when when your bank doesn’t recognize the new device or IP address you’re attempting to sign in on?

Immediately ruled that out because we’d have been notified. Not to mention the OOPS page offered no email or text verification link, etc.

Incidentally, these two devices (a Windows 7 machine and a Windows 10 machine) share peripherals, mouse, keyboard, monitor through an KVM switch. But that shouldn’t matter, right?

So, what gives? Any input gratefully received.

Problem copying site from server to local: undefined function nocache_headers()

I have been tasked with “recovering” a website that my company created a while ago. When I say recover, what I mean is that we have no version control repo for this site and it hasn’t been updated in a while, so I need to copy it down to my localhost, standardize the folder structure to match our other stuff, update the site/plugins, put all that into a git repo, and then redeploy to the site. I have done this numerous times before, the process is pretty straight forward, Set up a virtualhost, export the database as a sql file, create a local database and user, import the sql file into the new database, adjust the wp-config file to match the database settings and copy the site files to my local using winscp.

This one particular site has something wrong with it and when I try to access wp-admin locally, it throws the following fatal error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function nocache_headers() in wp-admin\admin.php on line 33

For reference, I am on Windows 10, running Wamp64 and the server is Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with standard LAMP stack. The wordpress install is on version 4.9.8. I know that error message is technically wrong, as the function is defined in wp-includes/functions.php, but *something* is going on that is preventing me from running this site on my Windows machine, while it runs perfectly fine on the server (Admin included). I thought it might be a weird OS/php version issue, but I have tried php 7.0.33, 7.1.29, 7.2.18 and even 5.6.40 just in case and the result is the same each time.

I have disabled the plugins by renaming the plugin directory and setting the active_plugins row in the options table to ‘a:0:{}’ but the problem persists. I have seen a few examples of this online, but they’re mostly caused by wp- files in the root getting zeroed out, or a bad plugin, and that’s not the case here. What other steps could I try to get this working locally?

Hi, I am NEW NEW to WordPress and so confused at the moment. I am currently trying to download WordPress to my PC Windows 10 64Bit.
I know I need to download MySQL & PHP and have read the install guidelines and watch some videos also to learn what to do. But where do you suggest I get that software and is WAMP or Bitnami the best? or is something better recommended?

Easy Fancybox – Not working on Windows 10

It worked nice earlier. I did not get exactly moment when it stopped. There were many updates of Fancy, i can not say when exactly problem appeared. Now it does not work. Windows 10. Opera and Edge don’t show Fancybox – they simply open the link, even with class=”fancybox” set. At least in april everything was OK.

I tried to reinstall Fancy just now – it did not help.

Month ago i moved my site to another hosting platform (the same company, but on the new equipement). Maybe, this is reason? I copied files of WordPress, with replacing domain name in SQL. Everything else works. Only Easy Fancybox does not work now.

This is WordPress 4.9.7 – i don’t plan to update it more. Maybe, i have to stay with old version of Fancybox too?

PHP on new server in newer too. Can it be reason of problem?

PHP version on new server is: 7.1.18. On old it was 5.4 (if my memory is OK).

I changed version PHP to 5.4 – it did not help, the problem is the same.

Woocommerce Checkout Input fields issue

Hi guys,

I am encountering a very strange issue with a website as follow.

Add a product to cart, go through the checkout process and when trying to fill the details in the checkout form, the input fields are unclick-able.

I’ve tested this on a ton of devices and browsers on Mac and Windows, however, i have been unable to replicate the issue.

The issue seems to be only on a DelI Inspirion, Windows 10, Opera Browsers.

I am attaching a video about the issue, maybe you guys have seen this somewhere, as I have searched for the same issue everywhere I could and I haven’t found anything related to it.

Green Background icon on Windows 10

I installed the plugin and so for is working great.
Just a couple of questions:

1. Why the background of the icon appears green on Windows 10?
2. If I make a change on the PWA, all the users will benefit of the update or do they need to install that again?
