I purchased this extension almost a week ago and still haven’t figured out how to use it. I wrote woo themes support, but they are on leave until July 17th…truthfully even if they are available, I feel that the customer service leaves much to be desired, especially for paying 70.00+ per extension on average.

Anywhoo, I installed the extension, but I cannot add a tracking number. Do I need another extension as well?? I read the documentation over a dozen times and cannot figure it out. Usually woo themes extensions come ready and are pretty simple, but this one has me stumped. Can anyone help me? Thanks

I have the latest Storefront template installed and the plugin is not recognising that I have a Woo Themes template.

I have an API from Google.

The error in Google Webfonts for Woo Framework Options reads:

Framework fonts built-in No framework fonts found. You must use a theme from WooThemes for this plugin in work.

Any help/advice with this would be appreciated.

It may be easier to show you the problem rather than explain, I’ll do my best.

My home page is duplicating itself on the same (home) page. So that you can scroll down and see the same content twice. For the purposes of showing the problem if it’s easier to see here is link to the home page https://aevepomeroy.com.au/mindbodysoul/

The content has not been repeated on the HTML editor.

I’ve deactivated all of the plugins to see if any of them were the problem and they weren’t.

I am running Storefront by WooThemes and a child template Boutique. It’s all worked beautifully until recently, and possibly after an update.

Whether this is to do with the theme itself, or a WordPress update, or something else, is a mystery. Grasping at straws, could this be duplicate information being stored in some kind of cache?

I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if you have solved it?

Having a few issues with product variations. I have a variation setup but the <select> element on the product page is just empty. Please see all images below for reference. I am finding this issue very strange since I followed the instructions in the documentation (found here https://docs.woothemes.com/document/variable-product/)

I’m also open to suggestions from those who have bought and had good experiences with specific themes. Which ones do you like? I’m looking for something simple to be a small marketing site for an attorney, but she does not love most of the templates that are attorney-specific, nor do I need something with a million widgets or e-commerce. Totally open to suggestions. I have a short timeframe and need a reliable theme and, hopefully, responsive customer support.

Any ideas on alternatives? We have the WP site up, have two classes we are giving away as lead generators. We want to sell classes with a test and a certificate at the end.

I am just so deeply disappointed with WooCommerces support of Woo Sensei as well as the money spent and welcome your advice.

Is anyone else having problems with the Storefront Mega Menus after the last update? I was get the following message when I tried to activate it:

Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in /home4/mydiydes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/storefront-mega-menus/includes/class-smm-frontend.php on line 440

I contacted Woothemes about this and after a few days there was another update and with this update, I was able to activate the plugin and use it. However when I try to use the “text” widget, it does not save any of the information. I would click “save and publish” and when I check my website, the information would not be there. Then when I go back and look at the “text” widget, none of my information is there.

Is anyone else having problems? Is there another Mega Menu plugin that anyone would recommend?
