We’re having issues with WooCommerce Square when a payment fails.
The first issue we noticed is that when the checkout process starts, there is a change for the booking status to “in cart”. I think this works well for physical products, but we’re having issues with bookings. Since they are virtual products, the previous “confirmed” status gets updated and the booked date gets released in the calendar. Is there a way to customize this with some filter?
The other issue is when an user purchases with an invalid credit card and keeps trying and getting the same status, after around 3 attempts there is a bug that completely deleted the booking assigned to the order from the database and also caused a fatal error in the order items section.

]]>Package 1: Premium Package , where all the resources: Gaming equipment 1, 2, 3 and 4 are available. The room can be booked for $500/ 2 hours.
Package 2: Basic Package, where a drop down select allows user to select Gaming equipment 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (any one of the 4 at one time, each with different pricing) for one hour.
Now I want to execute if Premium Package is booked, the basic package at the time cannot be booked. Please note that I want to show the drop down of equipment available in basic package.
Is there a simple way to add the number of days from a selected date range in the calendar?
Please see the following example.
Thank you!

]]>I need help to set specific time slots to every product I have in Woocommerce Bookings. How can I do this?
I have tried putting different range types under Product – Product data – Availability but it doesn’t work. I think I’m missing something.
For example I want the tour “Corporate tour” to have three different time slots, that occurs every week Monday to Saturday. The times being 10 am, 2 pm and 4 pm. Every time slot is for four hours.
Anybody that can help me?
]]>That is, the time until the opportunity to book events closes = duration of the event
How can this be changed? – if my event lasts three hours and I want to close the opportunity to book it an hour before the start.
]]>I am new to the bookings add on and having a slight issue.
i have set it to choose a block of 4 days with the user saying when they can start. I.e. they say Tues and it blocks out Tuesday, wed, Thurs and Fri.
But I don’t want it to choose weekends. So if the user picks Wednesday it will block out we, Thur, Friday and Monday.
I have unticked sat and sun and also chosen the weekend as non bookable but still when my the user clicks on wed it will highlight Saturday. Even though the user cannot click on Saturday the system will still pick the weekend as part of the 4 days.
How can I get round this?
thank you
Martin
]]>I’ve gone back and added more “add on services” and nothing shows on the front end again but it doesn’t seem to matter what I do it’s just not there.
When things did show on the front end for that short period of time the form wasn’t working well. The single calendar wouldn’t show time or allow clicking of the date on the calendar. Please help.
]]>my question is, why the Woocommerce Bookings Add-ons as Costs setting, Persons setting, Availability setting, Resources or Product Add-ons setting does not appear in the WP All Import for Woocommerce Product ? This are the key features for bookable product import for Woocommerce. And will this features able in future?
