woocommerce product attributes disappeared after update

hi

This is something very frustrating. After upgrading woocommerce 7.8.0 -> 8.8.3, ALL my product attributes are gone.
However, in the database I still see them.

I tried every solution online of this known bug, but the only solution is to restore the back-up, and stay with the older plugin & wp.

How can I fix this please ?

Post Draft Conflict With Publish Date

Hello,
The expected behavior when starting a new draft post is for the publish date to show “Immediately” (no actual date), but with Woocommerce plugin activated the post date on a new draft post is showing today’s date… This is problematic for editing a post or several posts over a long period of time, if we forget to update the publish date then the post will publish on that old date and not show up in our archives correctly.

I tested this on multiple sites to confirm. Any time Woocommerce is installed/activated, and I go make a new Draft Post, and save the post, then the publish date changes to todays date/time… It should not be doing that, it should continue saying just “immediately” – no actual date until it’s published or the admin sets a date.

WooCommerce Guest Order Bug

Hi,

does anyone of you have experience with this problem:

On our website we sell digital products that require you to create an account in order to complete the purchase of the product. The option to order as a guest is disabled. If you were to buy a product with an already registered email address, it won’t work and you will be prompted to log in first or enter a new email address.

However, somehow we get some orders as guest orders, which shouldn’t happen. It’s no option for us to check this manually after each order and fix the problem by contacting those users.

My solution would be to require manual registration before purchasing any products, so creating an account would be a requirement to purchase the product as is, but you would need to do this as a first step before clicking on the product can access. I believe that might “fix” the problem. But that might not be a solution for group products I haven’t tested yet. Group products are accessed via a coupon that puts the product directly in your shopping cart (by email).

So I’m hoping someone somehow knows this problem/bugand can help me with advice. It would be greatly appreciated.

I would also need some automation for missing user accounts. Is it possible to let Automator create the user account when WooCommerce places the order as a guest order? It would be important to also assign the correct membership when purchasing the product.

Is it possible to trigger an email with Automator when an order is placed but no account is created? Is it possible to filter hundreds of accounts so I can distinguish which orders are associated with an account and which aren’t? When I export the order, there doesn’t seem to be any metadata with that information, so I could see it in my XML or CSV file.

Hello,
I’ve updated WooCommerce in version 6.0. From that moment, the search filter in order backoffice page doesn’t work.
It always displays “No result found”.
Neither the search field nor the filter customers field works.
Am I the only one in this situation ?

Woocommerce Single Product page not displaying products.

Recently I made an e-commerce store and its site on WordPress with theme OceanWp and Elementor Pro. I have been encountering several problems all related to the “Product Page”:
1. Sometimes Product page simply doesn’t display product images.
2. Sometimes the secondary product images (which Ideally should appear in thumbnail sizes) appear big and burly like the primary image (which is actually on display).
3. Almost all the time, the thumbnail images tend to appear vertically instead of horizontally. I need them in horizontal formation below the primary image being displayed. OR at least I should have the option of configuring those thumbnail-sized images to appear left or right or up or down of the primary image.
4: To get rid of these problems, I started building my single product page myself. But still (whatever product image feature I may apply), I encounter Problem numbers 1,2 and 3 at random.

Please help. I am unable to launch the store due to these little complications which ate actually a big nuisance for an E-commerce store. Thank you

Woocmmerce product Import issue

Hi Guys
I am trying to import one woocommerce to another by using the native woocommerce export import tool which is available on the top side of products

Its is not working now woocommerce 5.5.2

When I run to import it is stuck in the last position when creating new addition products have a look snapshot : https://prnt.sc/1ohzj1a

I have tried rename all progin and theme only using WordPress default theme (twentythirteen) and woocommerce , still having the same error, unablw to see any server error log or woocommerce log

Can you guys please help me how to solve the issue

Respected People, I am an Ecommerce student and my website, hudistic.com is encountering a bug. I sell Polaroids, Tshirts and Sweatshirts. The problem is that my Polaroids and Sweatshirt pages (on both of which all polaroids and sweatshirts are listed, respectively) are suddenly broken. The T-shirt page works fine. Similarly, My single product page for all Tees works fine But if I go to any polaroid or sweatshirt, the page simply doesn’t shows anything on it except the Product description, and the Reviews. I need help with this ASAP if anyone knows hoe to.

I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins, the theme (Ocean WP) and seeing the catalog “Hidden” option for each product which is not displaying properly. Nothing seems to work.
