Hello! I’m using WBW Product Filter with Aelia Currency Switcher on my WooCommerce store. Currently, WBW Product Filter only works correctly with the base currency (AED). Whenever I switch to any other currency (e.g., USD, EUR), the filter ignores the converted prices and still applies the range in the base currency, resulting in incorrect or empty filter results.

Could you advise on how to make WBW Product Filter respect the active Aelia currency and exchange rates?

Checkout currency not working

Hey there, i need help with your plugin.

I’m using it to convert my main currency RSD to EUR when someone from the Europe visits my website. You can notice that EUR currency shows on the website correctly, however, once i go to checkout page it defaults to RSD currency.

I want for a customer to have seamingless experience and when they want to shop with EUR, they can checkout with EUR.

First time visitors from other countries get the wrong currency code

This is a wonderful plugin you have created and I love it so much, but I am currently having a hard time making it work right>

Here’s the mess. Our store main currency is set to NGN, but all people visiting outside Nigeria are by default made to see USD rates. The problem is that new visitors from outside Nigeria do of course see the USD rates, but with NGN code.

For Example, a product in NGN equals ??787,000, for new visitors outside Nigeria, it is supposed to show $1,000 conversion rate. But instead it shows ??1,000 (actually the USD rate but with NGN code)

When plugin is disabled, everything works well. We have the latest version of the plugin

Get Rate not working – Amount changes on order update

Hello,

We have purchased the plugin in March 2021. The plugin is giving two issues now. Canadian dollars is the main currency and US dollar is secondary currency. The plugin exchange rate is set to manual because when we click on Get Rate the box shows “Set EUR as Main”. Other problem is when an order in USD is received and when we update the product, the prices are automatically reduced. It reduces every time we update the product.

Mobile Device Missing Currencies

Hello Team,
I have found that if you look at my site on a desktop, both EUR and CHF currencies appear. However if you look at it on a mobile, only CHF appears. I have configured the ‘Display Rules > Show On’ = ‘Desktop and Mobile’ so I’m not sure if I’m missing something, or if this is a bug.
