I’ve come across an issue that I’m hoping for some direction on!

Issue:
The links in many of my WooCommerce email templates do not work. Here are a few examples:

Order Invoice Email:
- When I create an order in WooCommerce and send the invoice to a customer, there is a link at the top of the email that says:”An order has been created for you on Fountains 2 Go. Your invoice is below, with a link to make payment when you’re ready:?Pay for this order.”
- Clicking the link results in a “site can’t be reached” error.
Password Reset and Account Emails:
- The links in these emails also lead to a broken URL, often redirecting to something like:”https://url9565.fountains2go.com/ls/click“

Almost every email sent to customers from WooCommerce, including tracking links, redirects to a similar invalid URL.

Suspected Cause: I suspect this might be due to outdated email templates in the backend of my WooCommerce files, but I’m not sure.

Request for Help: Has anyone experienced the same problem and figured out how to fix this issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Issue with the display of email going to Admin, Customer etc

I thought I had sent this ticket in, but couldn’t find it here this morning. So posting again.

I’ve recently started using your plugin for a new client site as I needed to add a logo and footer on each email being sent out via Woocommerce.

My client website has gone live.

Your plugin works great but I have 1 little issue that I need to rectify urgently.

Looking on Outlook when you view emails, you see 2 lines per email (the Sender email and the Subject title of email) AND 2nd small line you see Dear Kristin, Thank you for your order etc. That should be normal.

When the email gets sent to Admin, customer etc, now that I’m using your customer with my changes, the email shows the SENDER and Subject Title of email BUT on the 2nd line of the email it shows this: (which its not supposed to!)

So there is obviously a glitch somewhere as to WHY it would display this where the logo resides in the email 2nd line of email.

So I need to be able to resolve this urgently as everyone can see it when they place an order and receive an email from the website.

Easy way to edit the New Account Email to add logo in email

I’m needing to edit the email that gets sent to the Customer when they Register as a new person.

I can see the general email in Woocommerce/Emails where you can do edits.

I have even copied the file to divi child also.

The client wants their logo displayed in the email when they receive the email about a new Registration to the customer.

I also checked out the plugin Email Customizer for Woocommerce, but the New Account email doesn’t show up in here.

Does anyone know of a plugin possibly OR I can just add CODE into the file I copied to the Divi Child area, so I can add the client logo at the bottom of the email?

Shipping informations are not sent in woocommerce emails.

If I don’t create an order from the front end, but manually through the admin interface, the shipping information entered in the order is not included in the woocommerce emails. Why and how can this be solved?

This problem only occurs when I create an order manually from the admin.

Test email and Woocommerce stock emails working, but order emails not sent

Hi, I’ve been using WP Mail SMTP (free version) for over a year without issues. I have it set to use the Gmail API. About a month ago customers stopped receiving order-related emails. The test email still works and emails regarding items that are out of stock are also still sent. Its just the email that communicates order state changes that no longer are created. I’ve tried this with WC Multiple Email Recipients on and off. Makes no difference. I use WP Mail Logging and that reflects tha only non-order-related emails are sent.

I have repeated the Gmail API installation process and entered new client ID and secret. This did not solve the issue. I’m lost and have exhausted my debugging capabilities. Anyone have a clue what to do ?

Different “completed order” text for digital/physical products

I have spent over an hour trying to find a solution for this. When someone purchases a digital product from my site, they get sent the default completed order email which says “Your order has shipped” in the subject line. I believe this is super confusing for customers, and I’d like to change it to something else for the digital products, but keep it as is for physical products. I’d prefer a plugin solution as I am not a strong developer and not very comfortable with code.
