I have successfully setup your plugin & link to Woocommerce & Facebook for another client on another ticket (about 20 products) with not much issues. All is good.

I have another client who I need to do the same setup and linking with Wooocommerce and Business Facebook & Instagram.

My question is for this client, is they have at least 50 products, BUT I only need to start off with 3 products to be exported ONLY for now.

Therefore when I set up the last client, and linked it all with your plugin, I can’t remember that there was an OPTION or SETTING to choose ONLY certain products to Export to the Business Facebook SHOP on the initial setup. It just exported it all in one go.

How can I achieve just to link the 3 products initially for my other client please ?
I don’t want it auto exporting and adding all products from the Woocommerce products into the Business Facebook.

Once I have setup your plugin and connected Facebook to Woocommerce website, HOW can I set up the Checkout to go to website for payment

Therefore from what I am reading, most people set up the Catalogue and Commerce store in Facebook/Instagram and then allow people to SHOP and you can REDIRECT Customer to WEBSITE at some point.

I do NOT know where that setting is ?

Can anyone help please so I can COMPLETE the setting so customer can finish their purchase through the Woocommerce website?

I have ADMIN Access via Business Manager

I have already done this:

Request access to a Page from your Business Manager
Steps to request access to a Page from Business Manager:

Go to Business settings.
Below Accounts, click Pages.
Click the blue Add drop-down button
Select Request access to a Page.
Enter the Facebook Page name or URL.
Use the toggles to choose which permissions you need.
Click Request access.

The email comes through and I fill out the details and ACCEPT Invitation.
But it still just sits there like it doesn’t accept the Invitation but no errors ..
Then it says in red …
You’re no longer allowed to use Facebook Products to advertise. You can’t run ads, manage advertising assets or create new ad or business accounts. Learn more

Has it locked me out now ?
I haven’t done anything wrong.

Is there a paid version of this plugin for additional support ?

Seems a lot of people are having issues with syncing etc.
I’ve just started playing with the plugin at the moment.

I’m trying to find a plugin that will properly really well with Facebook/Instagram and Woocmmerce for a few clients.

Shopify seem to have everything working properly when it comes to integration with Facebook & Instagram and Shopify .. but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of options between Wocoommerce and Facebook & Instagram ?

Does this current version of the plugin work really well most of the time ?

I need help, if I look at the log I don’t see any errors.

If I look on facebook, in the woocommerce integration data source, it says that there are 8829 products with problem, but it does not show me what the problem is.

I have more than 1000 products, and only 170 were synchronized.

We also decided to have product name not to include Brand name on the website catalogue, however we need to have brand title to be a part of a product title, how can we combine those two for the facebook product synchronization.
