Product import in 3.1 not working

Hi,

I’m having problems with the product import in 3.1
I tried it with 4 products (1 variable and 3 variations) and it worked. Then I tried with about 30 products using the same format but I waited for like an hour and it didn’t finish. I tried again with less products (4 again) and the same problem. I don’t see any error logged; it says “Your products are now being imported…” and I can see the spinner but it never ends..

Is this happening to anyone else? How can I solve this?

Import/Export orders/customers from one wordpress to it’s clone?

Here’s my issue, I had a fully working site, then I had the fateful “Are you sure you want to do that” thing, by that point I had 26 orders since last backup. I decided it was best to put the site into maintenance mode (Maintenance Free), having tried every method to diagnose I decided it was best if I exported the dbase and rolled back my site to the previous backup which was 6 hours earlier meaning that I’d loose those 26 orders. I was hoping that I would be able to import the customers and orders via CSV once the new database was repaired on the testing server. (I cleared all the transients etc to make sure people weren’t logged in upon their return etc). I got the database and wordpress working and can export the orders/customers via CSV.

Unfortunately, in the meantime people have somehow managed to get around the maintenance mode and make purchases on the live site.

So now it becomes trickier. Thankfully due to woocommerce not using sequential order numbers most will slot in, but there is 3 order number conflicts, incidentally, all of which have failed. I thinking Paypal may have realised something was up and cancelled the order? So I’m guessing I can just delete these failed orders and import the good ones and all will be ok?

Anyways, what is the best way to export orders/customers from one wordpress and import them into a clone one? Do I do customers first or orders?

Anybody good support ? It’s clear that this plugin is not easy to use…

This plugin seems powerful and I am interested to buy it, but it seems that the authors do not really understand that when we pay $199 for a plugin (or bundle) we want it to work easily ?

If it’s going to be complicated there are many other FREE ways to achieve the task.

So I am wondering if someone got good support for this plugin or if we are on our own for $200…

We want to import products using your plugin but we want them to import only for english language.

We are using the polylang plugin for the translations.
How can we achieve this? Is there any way?

Allow same title on different products

Tried to import some products from a csv file, but the plugin cannot import the products that have same title.
