I’ve disabled plugins to see if it’s a conflict but that’s not working either.

]]>I’m trying to connect the same store to my woocommerce app; I want to see if I can replicate the same issue on my end, I have all the correct credentials but I’m getting a “It looks like this username/password isn’t associated with this site”. However, it is the correct jetpack username and password. Nothing has changed. I can use the same credentials and connect to jetpack via the web site without any issue.
Lastly, when I try to submit a support case via the mobile app it appears that the case goes nowhere. I don’t get an email confirmation that I submitted a case and there is no response weeks later. Trying to load a System Status Report gives me the following error: “Error fetching report”. It appears that there is a lot of issues with themobile app on Iphone.

Does anyone know to get this to show on mobile devices?

]]>How can I change the setting for the Mobile Display, for your plugin to display for ALL devices up to 800px.
I think your plugin ONLY displays up to Mobile phone sizing BUT my Samsung Galaxy 7 inch displays same coding as MOBILES but your Plugin WP Touch does NOT seem to extend to that sizing of that device.
I know I should be able to CHANGE the cut off for mobile devices to a certain sized device, therefore I want to CHANGE it up to 800px device.
Therefore my Samsung Galaxy 7 inch ONLY shows desktop version which is NOT what I want as it displays awfully.
HOW do I fix this urgently please ?

I’ve tried many of the recommended solutions such as: Restoring the connection, disconnecting/reconnecting, turning off all plugins except woocommerce & jetpack, clearing cache, verifying the install via the jetpack debugger site, removing jetpack plugin and reinstalling.
Also my woocommerce mobile app has stopped connecting because somehow it needs jetpack to work.
Please help.

NOTE – Add to Cart works just fine for products, on mobile/tablets that have no variations.
ALSO NOTE – This is not a cache related incident as this occurred before I installed a cache plugin.
