In my WooCommerce site, in the checkout page after the user click on the “send code” the code modal appears with the text box but the sms is not being sent to the user phone.

Also every time I try to send an sms the number of left SMSs in my account decrease although they don’t reach the customer’s phone

Having problem to continue on my checkout page after enable the plugin.

It show (2) Blank “is a required field” even though I already fill-up all the required field on my CHECKOUT FORM.

My setup is:

Woocommerce Checkout Form

– Enable Phone Verification

– Show a verification button instead of a link on the WooCommerce Checkout Page.

– Show a popup for validating OTP.

– Validate OTP for selective Payment Methods.

*-Select Payment Methods (Hold Ctrl Key to Select multiple): Cash on Delivery

When I tried different payment method and the OTP verification is not in effect, it continues to Order Completion page.

I also disable the other plugins and just enable the woocommerce and Email Verification / SMS Verification / OTP Verification to check what is the conflicts.

Hoping you can help us since my boss already keen on buying license plan he already signup and just waiting for me to confirm if it’s working. Just a pure bad situation/coincidence that this error occurs.

I am using MiniOrange plugin for Woocommerce registration form. Although, everything is working fine, I don’t see any notification message once I click on the ‘Send OTP’ link.

Also, resend code option is not showing up.

Please look into it.
