Even if ‘checking’ the “free membership” check box I get an error: “Subscription Failed.” on the final page of the registration process.
Checking the backend, the user is created and the vendor account is created. But the subscription is not.
I’ve read all the documentation and have followed the instructions but still not sure how to make a free membership subscription actually work.
What am I missing?
Thank you!
]]>First of all, thank you very much for creating a plugin that is easy to use and does it job as expected with minimal configuration to create beautiful WooCommerce emails.
If it would be possible, I would like to request for you to check WooCommerce Product Vendors support for the plugin. Actually, everything mostly works, but it seems the order-email-to-vendor.php
does not send out correct details.
That email should send out a new ordwer email to vendors with the details of the products they sold, but when I am using your plugin, then the email the vendors get contains the full purchase email that usually the administrators get – it shows all the products sold to a customer regardless who was the vendor.
This has now created an issue where different vendors see the full purchase emails with all the products sold instead of seeing only their own products they sold to a particular customer. When I deactivate the plugin, then WooCommerce Product Vendors sends out the email as expected – each vendor gets a new order email with only their products in it.
It would be wonderful if you could check that and add the necessary functionality to your plugin, like it seems you have done with the MultiVendorX plugin. Thank you!
]]>I am testing WCM for a customer to decide if it’s the way to go.
My question is: Does WCFM Ultimate has an option to Refund an order?
I know that WooCommerce has that function: When you press the REFUND button in an order, you’ll see a form in which you can insert the quantity and amount, then process the redund.
Does WHCM has such a thing built in the frontend?
(I am talking about using WCFM without the WC Marketplace option, just WooCommerce, Stripe and WooCommerce Product Vendors).

]]>I’ve got a Woocommerce product-vendor site and the PRO version of WOWBEWOO product table.
I’ve got my vendors setup and they each have their own products uploaded. But when you visit their individual pages, the products from both vendors is displayed.
I can see the standard woocommerce has separted the products by vendor – each see there own products, but the woobewoo table has it all mixed up.
There two pages have the same table content and they should not:
https://pideyrecoge.es/vendor/tienda-de-la-arboleda/
https://pideyrecoge.es/vendor/tienda-testing/
Any advice on extending the plugin to get it to work with Woocommerce?
]]>I purchased woocommerce product vendor about 6 months ago. I created a product, assigned a vendor to the product, and set the commission. When the product is purchased 100% of the price is sent to my paypal account. When I go to the commission tab it shows the commission as unpaid. When I try to manually pay the commission I get a notice saying “Paid status will be updated in a minute” but after a few minutes the commission is still “unpaid”.
I have the vendor’s paypal address set so Im not sure why the commission won’t pay. I’m using Woocommerce Product Vendors Plugin 2.1.6. Any help is greatly appreciated!
]]>Me, as the Admin Store Owner of the marketplace, i can choose the brands, but the vendors can not select the brands when there are adding products.

]]>I read something about increasing the PHP max input vars, so upgraded those from 3000 to 6000. Still no response. My developer thinks it is a plugin conflict or issue.
Does this sound familiar to anyone and might know something? Thanks in advance.
]]>I am using woocommerce Product Vendors and woocommerce points and rewards.
My problem is that my vendors commission status is set to void when a customer purchases the product with points earned through woocommerce points and rewards plugin.
How can I stop the commission status to void when points and or coupons are applied?
