The csv. is small (49.5KB) and only has 4 columns (name, sku, price, stock). When I upload it I click “update existing products” and deselect “Name” from map to field (the name on the website does not always match the name on the till system where I get the data from, so I use the sku to update). There is one single product that I have found that just will not update and the import log says “No matching product exists to update” – but it definitely exists.
The sku is correct on the product and on my spreadsheet and I can see no other issues with the csv. The product is also set to “Track stock quantity”. All the other products seem to be updating.
I created a new csv. with just this one single product on it and it worked! All of the data was just copied and pasted from the other csv, so there was no problem with the data, but for some reason the file size is causing an issue. When I tried the larger csv. again, it did not work.
I’ve actually encountered this problem before with a small handful of products not updating. When I was trying to find the issue, I split my products into 3 categories to make to file smaller – I was only doing this to pinpoint the issue in the csv., but I found that this alone magically fixed it. The original file was also not big (less than 1MB). I couldn’t see why this had worked, but I just shrugged my shoulders and figured that importing 3 files every time I updated wasn’t that much more work than importing 1.
I can split my products into slightly smaller categories again, but I’d really like to know what the actual problem is and fix it. 4 files to import is not that much more work than 3, but if I have to keep splitting it, it will quickly become annoying!

]]>I am trying to create a quote estimate on my website that is similar to this site.(https://www.calibre-furniture.co.uk/products/mood-office-desks/mood0)
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
I have found and purchased the Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/request-a-quote-plugin-for-woocommerce/) and this is allowing me to create the quote fields and display an add to quote button however, i want to display the quote on the product page rather than a separate quote page. Is this possible to have the quote on a product page rather than a separate page.
If there is a better plugin i would be open for suggestions.
Thanks in advance
]]>Any suggestions would be great, thanks
I have found an error/bug display on the product detail page:
Attributes: https://prnt.sc/26rx62i this is hide some texts
Variation: https://prnt.sc/26rx6qd some image hide the Enable button, some images are not.
I already use the default theme, and current theme, they have the same problem.
Can some one help me to fix it please?
Thanks
]]>Need some extra heads to think this problem over:
* I need to create a product (foodbox) in Woocommerce. Foodbox is filled with fresh-cooked products.
* Customers have to choose the amount of people the foodbox is for.
I tried this with woocommerce product add-ons. This works great for the customer, but for the store admin it is a tedious job to find out how for how many persons the chef needs to cook (product add-ons don’t show in the main orders screen).
Besides that: I would really like to see the amount of boxes sold (my idea is a 5 person box is essentialy 5 x a 1 person box) in the statistics of Woocommerce.
And the product needs to have a stock, so I can set a maximum of 300 persons in total the chef can cook for.
Is there a(n easier) way to create such a product?

]]>We have a product page built with page builder and we have two “Buy now” buttons.
When we enable the Google and Apply Pay, the buttons show only on the first “Buy now” button, but not on the second.
I checked the plugin code and I see you are adding the buttons on the div element with id wc-stripe-payment-request-wrapper and because it is on id and not a class we cannot have the Google / Apple pay buttons show on multiple “Buy product” buttons.
Is there anyway this to be updated to allow those buttons to be appened to multiple “Buy product” buttons?
]]>We are using your plugin on our site, but it is conflicting with WooCommerce Products post type for some reason.
It is conflicting with part of the products. When we try to edit the those products one of the FAQ Question is loaded instead of the product itself.
This only happens in the admin dashboard. The product single page is working fine.
We have four products.. Happens only on the first 2 products.
When we deactivate the plugin, all works normal.
I was able to troubleshoot the issue and looks like it has something to do with the ufaq-category custom taxonomy slug.
When I commented out the registration of that taxonomy all was working normal.
All was working normal when I added new slug for the taxonomy ufaq-category2.
I am not sure how that is leading to this type of issue.
Do you have any solution to this problem without us going and changing the ufaq-category slug?
We like to continue using the plugin without making changes to it or removing it from our site.
