woocommerce is sending Additional Payment Confirmed email on IPG checkout

Hi there,

I’m running into an issue with our WooCommerce store where customers are getting an additional “Payment Confirmed” email after checking out through our payment gateway. This email is sent to the user additional to the New Order email that is sent by the woocommerce.

I’ve double-checked everything:

Deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and the payment gateway, but the issue still happens.
Checked with the payment gateway developers, and they confirmed the email isn’t coming from their plugin.
Looked through WooCommerce email settings, but there’s no option to turn off this “Payment Confirmed” email.

So I wrote a detailed issue on Square and WooCommerce regarding the limitations of synching products with more than one attribute here called. Square best practice?

Now due to that limitation with more than 1 attribute we’re thinking of switching woo to be the main source of record as we’re using multiple variations and swatches, additionally square is deleting all the other categories during every synch which is a pain!

Now what I would like to know is what is the general way to handle this going forward? Is it as simple as going and changing the Square plugin setting and setting Woo as SOR? Do I need to do anything with the already existing products in square ie delete them or do I leave them there?? Any tips would be very much appreciated.

I want to hide the default product layout on the woocommerce shop page and instead use shortcode to place them where I want (rather than all the products showing at the bottom of the page). This will also allow me to use different number of columns for major and minor products. For example I want to have 4 columns for our bikes and 6 columns for accessories, which is not possible if I use the usual layout.

If set this /shopping/ page as my woocommerce store page, all the products show up below the ones in the shortcode, which is why I want to hide the default layout.

Or perhaps there’s another way to do this?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Strangebehavior with Breadcrumbs in Woocommerce

Hi there,

I have a strange problem and try to find out, what is causing it:

If you are in the woocommerce shop, Breadcrumb shows “home” -> correct
when you click a category, breadcrumb shows the correct category -> correct
when you then click a product, breadcrumb shows “Home / google analytics” ->???

I tried to deactivate all plugins (inkl. GA dashboard) but the breadcrumb always shows “google analytics”. Maybe something corupted in DB?

Since your plugin is only one of two Plugins which have something to do with GA, I’ll aks you to help me finding out what is going on there.

I can give WP credentials if neccessary.

i am using woocommrce plugin such a great one but at my hosting the ram is 512mb but i dont no why it exceeding evrytime time and makes my site slower and slower due to this problem the load time of site is almost 40-60 seconds and that is very high.i am giving the list of whole plugins my hosting department says that you have to uninstall the woocommrce but without this there is no mean of website so no chance to uninstall that plugin:
