And then the same note that it was moved from Pending to Cancelled.
We had at least 2 subs that we know of that were cancelled in this manner, but we didn’t cancel them.
Is there a way to:
A) audit these further to see in what manner that they were cancelled?
B) check other cancelled subscriptions during that same period (or day) to see if any other subs were also cancelled mistakenly that day?
We do have AutomateWoo plugin, but not sure if that would be able to give us what need.
Any ideas would be great to hear.
We are using WooCommerce Payment Plans for Subscriptions plugin and i am trying to change how the plugin shows the price in the cart and product pages. As an example on the product page we have 2 options. 1. Pay full price – (which works fine). 2. Choose to pay in instalments over 3 months. The initial payment is the total price divided by 3 months plus a sign up fee.
We want to show on the product page Just the 2 payment options but on the instalments combine the sign up fee and first month to show a total first payment.
Then on the cart page show the total price then the subtotal showing again the first initial payment combined.
Any help here appreciated.
]]>Must work with Woo Commerce and Woo Subscriptions
Ability to customize commissions and payout for each subscription
Example: Subscription A will pay out $50 per order and then nothing for continued payments – while subscription B will pay 35% commission for life and Subscription C will pay 50% commission for life.
3. Ability to customize commission per product
4. Ability to customize payouts for affiliates.
1. Example – Affiliate A will receive $50 per sale while Affiliate B gets 35% per sale
5. Multi-level commission structure for affiliates.
Referring affiliates will earn a commission based on the people they refer who become affiliates.
6. Ability to remove products and subscriptions from the affiliate programs
7. Ability to assign affiliates to parent affiliates in their network. This would be for the multi-level commission structure that I have a handful of affiliates earning commission in the MLC program.
From: $9.99 / month and a $99.99 sign-up fee
How can I change “sign-up fee” to something else, like “hardware fee”?
]]>I am running Flatsome theme, and I have disabled all plugins but Woo.
When selecting variations, no price calculates at the bottom. If an item is added to the cart, the correct price is added.
I have read some similar posts about conflicts with specific plugins etc., but I am not running any of the plugins mentioned in those posts. I have Woo Services, Woo Subscriptions running, along with Paypal and Stripe Gateways. That’s it.
Does anyone have any tips? Thanks.

]]>I now need to import a large list of users and add them to the proper groups and configure their subscription to expire on appropriate time.
I have found nothing on the documentation to support this. I did go through the mysql and found where i could easily assign users to groups after i imported them but i cannot find how to assign subscriptions and renewals.
Your help is much appreciated.
