Plugin not working with WooThemes “Canvas”

Greetings – I am running WordPress v4.6.1, WooCommerce v2.6.8, and WooThemes “Canvas” theme. I installed your plugin and configured the settings to display sort A->Z, and Z->A but those options are not displaying in the sort dropdown list on our products page. Can you tell me if this plugin works with the Canvas theme (since it is a Woo theme I was pretty sure it would)?

I can give you the URL privately, but I can’t post it here because it is an active development (staging) site…

Hi, usually php snippet will be pasted in a child theme functions.php, but what about the snippet that looks like this? Where can I paste this, because it seems like it’s not working when I pasted it in my functions.php.

Theme customization save and pubish button not functioning…Help!

Ok, i’m stumped. when in the Storefront Theme and doing customizations it’s not allowing me to save. When i click on save and publish nothing happens. it’s like that button ceases to function. Any suggestions?

Ideally i want to move the product image to the sidebar on the left, before product category.

WooTheme StoreFront giving me BLANK admin pages

This is a brand new site, with only WooCommerce plugged in. I try to set up WooTheme ‘Storefront’ and it makes my whole admin area blank. When I disable storefront via my server then it all comes back to normal.

I guess that this theme is clashing with this version of wordpress?

Any suggestions?

I want to change the number of “Product Thumbnails” on StoreFront from 4x per row to just 2x. Then I want to increase the picture size of those Product Thumbnails. I have tried to adjust the woocommerce style since that seems to be in charge of the size of these – and not the syle.css as nothing happens if I edit there.

With below code, I can adjust all but the space between the product thumbnails will also increase, and I just want the picture size to be bigger and change to 2x thumbnails per row.

I also want to point out that I have regenerated Thumbnails and I have changed the size to 350px for these, so thats not the case here.

This theme looks amazing with a white-ish background but I want to use something dark. The problem is, as seen on the images, that the body is transparent and only the sidebar + products are sorrounded by background. I want it to be as the second image, a full coloured body (white or very clear gray) and a dark lateral background.

Custom Menu Not Appearing in Widgtets

After updating to the newest release of 4.4.1, I can no longer get custom menus to appear. An empty DIV appears for the menu widget, but the links/menu items themselves are just not there… the DIV is empty. (see link below)

Every other widget I’ve attempted to add appears, the custom menu seems to be the only affected widget. I am using Wootheme Artificer.

Please advise. Thank you!

My company uses Shopatron and I am trying to redo one of our websites on WordPress. Can I use a Woo theme with shopatron API or will this not work?

If it doesn’t work, what theme should I be using for a online store with a fairly large inventory ?
