My site, alliancecleans.com, installed a new theme (https://themeforest.net/item/fivelayer-web-hosting-responsive-wordpress-theme/13019386?s_phrase=&s_rank=2) and I had to downgrade back to 4.3 to try and make the theme customizer work.
Now, I can’t sign in. Every time I try and sign in at alliancecleans.com/wp-admin, I get this:
Warning: require_once(/home/content/25/7392525/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/25/7392525/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 37

How do I fix it?

]]>WTF was working just fine until I updated the network to 4.3 last week at which point I started getting the Unexpected token error. I’ve seen that this is uncommon however I cannot seem to find a specific fix. The plugin is on the latest version (3.0.1 according to my WP Admin) and I’ve also isolated it in a different theme with all other plugins turned off. I’m wondering if the issue therefore is specific to WP 4.3 or my specific environment but I’m not 100% sure where to start looking.
While the issue isn’t particularly critical at present, students are returning this week to study so any ideas you may have as to the probable cause or solution would be greatly appreciated!

]]>When I load the Customizer, the Menu panel initially appears, then as the page finishes loading, the Widget panel appears, and the Menu panel disappears. The .accordion-panel-nav_menus list item gets a “display: none;” inline style.
Similarly, when click the Site Identity panel before the page finishes loading, I see the Site Icon section. However, as soon as the page finishes loading, that section disappears, and #customize-control-site_icon has an inline style of “display: none.”
Strangely, I have a -qa environment with the same sites, the same plugins, and the same themes active; and this issue does not occur.
Is there something I am missing?

However, most of the other sidebars and pages seem to be unaffected. Any suggestions? Thanks.
]]>WordPress 4.3
We are getting this error when we try to re-install wordpress 4.3, update any theme/plugins. We are not getting anywhere with Yahoo small business. Does someone know how to solve this issue?
]]>I have been using WordPress for over a year now with no problems when it comes to upgrading its version … until I tried upgrading from version 4.1.7.
Since upgrading to any higher version, I have had difficulty using the Page Builder plugin. The problem being that when I try to move a Text Field from a column, the Text Field automatically gets taken to the top of the page where I can then only move the Text Field horizontally, thus limiting my editing capabilities.
With this said, I thought there may be a problem with the theme or the other plugins so I decided to do a clean install but still had the same problem. I have spoken to both the theme developer and my VPS hosting company but neither can replicate the problem saying that everything is fine. I have accessed Page Builder from several computers and I can replicate the error on all computers suggesting it is not an error on my computer.
As a result, I can only assume there could be a problem with my Google Chrome browser. With this in mind, I downloaded Firefox and Internet Explorer but still experienced the same problem.
Has anyone had any similar problems and discovered a way to over come this?
Many thanks.
