Awome plugin. Bsky is the place to go within medical research at this point sot it is really invaluable for me. Im using the embedded last posts on my website, but would it be possible to get only my posts, no my replies to other posts. I want my blogreaders to see my posts. My replies can be a bit more random and really don’t make sense out of context.

I messed up

Hi,

I accidentally deleted a part of a theme, and to get it back I tried to upload the old files that I had downloaded earlier (as a backup), using FileZilla, thinking that would solve the problem.

Obviously I should not have done that, because everything got messed up. The plugins stopped working and didn’t show up in the admin menu to the left. After using hours trying to solve it, I finally discovered that I had to reinstall WordPress. Then the plugins came back working. But there are still some issues.

Now the menu link to the blog page (“Innlegg”) is not working properly. It takes me to the domain name /test, which is a page I created while experimenting before I uploaded the old files. I have tried to delete the blog page, and create a new one, but the same thing happens. As soon as I set the post page (under Settings-Reading) to “Innlegg” the menu item takes me to the domain name /test

I feel stupid causing these problems. Can someone please tell me how to fix these issues?

I hope I’ve managed to explain it properly!

Cannot add pages to appearance->menus

The add to menu button does not work on this one particular client website. query monitor shows numerous errors in wordpress core wp-includes/post.php “Trying to get property ‘ID’ of non-object” and “Trying to get property ‘post_type’ of non-object”

Admin-ajax.php returns no response.

I have tried everything I can find on the web.
disabling all plugins and even changing themes. Raising memory limit, saving permalinks, double checking file permissions, using the correct php and mysql versions, downgrading wordpress to a previous version when menus worked(6.5)

php and wp_debug return no errors.

www.ads-software.com site forcing me to use wordpress.com dashboard

I switched from wordpress hosting to hoststinger and started a new site with the same domain, leaving wordpress.com stranded.

But every time i’m editing the www.ads-software.com site it randomly refreshes the screen and asks me to log into wordpress.com?? If i don’t, and close the page to load Wp Admin from hoststinger, it shows a wordpress.com 404 page error. But if I log in when it asks, it forces me over to the wordpress.com dashboard with my old site – from the www.ads-software.com site.

Hoststinger have all kept saying clear cache etc, I have done this on everything mutliple multiple times and it always happens, i even deleted the whole site and started it again and it still happens.

– Jetpack is not installed on the www.ads-software.com site
– The www.ads-software.com site i imported from a wordpress.com export under Tools > Export

Cannot log back into Dashboard nor website

Hi there

I was working on installing themes and plugins, the server got slower and slower until I was unable to login to my php.admin and website domain on three devices (using different internet connection too). It says it cannot reach server or it timed out after trying to log into php.admin

I am unsure what is happening. It is on the latest WordPress 6.0

Menu items are not saving | Pages are getting changed to custom link

I’m trying to add pages to the menu. but every time I click on the save menu after adding pages, it’s changing to a custom link and Navigation Label is showing totally blank.

and I’m getting this error below in the debug log

Bug since WordPress 5.7 update

Hi, I have a huge problem on the website that I worked. `Wordpress has been automatically updated to version 5.7.2 On the surface, the site has not moved but when I try to access the back office, it appears as if there are bugs. The appearance is totally broken, I just have the links. You can see the screenshot right here: https://we.tl/t-grssZu4hCD

So I have no idea how to fix it. I tried to deactivate the plugin and theme folder but it doesn’t influence at all.

Also, I can’t access almost anything, I have bans, a Forbidden 403 page that appears

And I remark that I have on my FTP a wordpress folder which have a wp-admin / wp-content..

but I also have an other wp-admin folder and wp-content that’s weird because they didn’t content the same things. It’s seems that the upgrade creates me new folders I don’t know
