WordFence Plug in Sends eMail Confirm Admin Login

Hi,

When I log in on the WordPress Login Page, I do not receive a login error. I actually receive an email from my Word Fence plugin Alert telling me that I have logged in but my dashboard does not open. This happens from different locations using either Admin log in.

When I use the password reset I receive the error message “could not save password reset key to database”.

Word Fence notifies me that I have logged in via email. After I have requested to reset the password I never receive the link from WordPress. Further, as I said I log in but my dashboard does not open.

Can I use my backup because this looks to me like a plugin conflict–your assistance would be appreciated.

Hello,

I’m having issues logging into my website using the following link:

I know for a fact that my log-in information and password are correct. I made some edits about 3 weeks ago and had no issues then. I’m not sure what’s going on with it and need some help to getting into the website. I have already cleared out the cache and cookies for my browsers. Not to mention, I tried 2 different computers to log-in as well.

I have been trying to change my password for my WordPress site. It sends me the email to reset, I go through the process and it says it has been changed. I try to login under the new password and it won’t let me. I use the old password and it still works. I did this 3 times. Could my WP web designer, who created this login and password, have programmed it so that it can’t be changed? I also can’t delete the administrator or change the status even though I created a new one.

I tried few times to install NextGEN Gallery plugin but unfortunately I got this error…

I did google it and I’ve noticed that actually I’m not the first having this issue.
I also contacted the Owner of PCLZIP here’s his reply to me:

“Unfortunately, I think the problem comes from WP rather than PclZip, and I really don’t know how WP is using PclZip…
